The hotel is located in a very convenient area,up on my arrival is was received very professionally,the valet gentleman guided me to reception ,the gentleman that assisted me at reception was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing ,my booking confirmation didn't take long ,the valet assistant escorted me to my room . To be honest ,the room was not properly cleaned as it still had dirty dustbins in the room and toilet,didn't seem like the beddings was changed as I was scratching the whole night and since I booked for only one night ,I really didn't have the energy to call housekeeping to change my bedding,the room had carpet and it didn't look like the carpet is regularly clean,the room had an unpleasant smell The bathroom towels were dirty and unchanged so I opted not to use them , the bathroom floor was filthy as well. The air conditioning kept blowing dirty air so I opted to switch it off to avoid getting sick , don't know if the air conditioning is regularly cleaned or maintained. Since my car was parked at valet and I want to drive out so I went to reception gave my vehicle ticket for the valet assistant to bring my car ,at that moment there were many people checking in , instead of him bring my car out ,he insisted that I go get my vehicle in the basement,I told him I don't even know we're the basement is but he was aggressive and said it's easy in a loud voice,just go to the basement you will see your car,that was very strange however I continued to do that,that was very unprofessional from the valet assistant. I realized that this valet assistantent was different to the assistant that initially assisted me up on my arrival . It's strange to have one person determine the Review of the hotel but I also have to be honest to avoid this from happening nxt time.

Stay was good, Staffs were friendly. Located at perfect location.

This is a charming hotel from the 90s. Breakfast is very good. Personal very carefull with us.Clean and confortable.Localization is near main important city centre points.

Location is wonderful, near the important Hamdan st…the room is spacious, conformable furniture, the seah view in the morning is inspiring.all employees I met were very cooperative and pleasant.. prices are very reasonable.

Just love it. The room was huge, spacious and clean. Everything is perfect aside from no slippers and only 1 towel was provided.

A good hotel with comfortable rooms, excellent service. You immediately feel welcome and relaxed. Recommended!

It was unfortunately a very unpleasant experience. I had to seriously take a decision to cancel my booking & check-out despite the fact that the hotel management, with thanks, tried offering few options for room upgradation.

One of the worst stays ever, I’m sure the room wasn’t cleaned before check in, the staff didn’t care when received the feedback and didn’t. Found hair in the shower and the room, towels were not clean even the fresh ones I received from housekeeping. Definitely not worth the money paid

The Hotel upgraded the stay and gave a sea view room which was amazing. Rooms are spacious in the suite. Coffee cup was only 1 instead of 2 Can focus on more maintenance as found rust in the toilet. All in all good stay. Will visit again as value for money considering the location and basment parking was also comfortable.

Amazing stay, incredible views, love how it is centered in Business Bay, really easy to get around Dubai. Came here for business and have been here for the 3rd, they are under going a name change so next year it will be a different name

Very old hotel with hardly any improvements we stayed for formula 1 Grand Prix since that no other options but upon reaching there was confusion on booking.  No towels in rooms. Laundry service is nightmare kept clothes outside but was never picked up.  A lot need to be done.  Breakfast area wasn’t being cleaned tables not being cleaned on time.  Staff look demoralized There a lot improvement needed.

IIt wasn’t my first time here, and in general, it’s a good place to stay. However, there were a few negative aspects. The check-in process was extremely slow, and to make matters worse, the hotel couldn’t resolve the WiFi issue after three consecutive days.
