Best Western Plus Pearl Addis Reviews

I stayed for a long time, and I felt really good because the hotel frequently checked to see if there were any inconveniences and cleaned the room neatly. There was just something disappointing about the gym facilities, but it wasn't that much of an inconvenience, and overall it was a satisfactory stay.

The free shuttle bus is very nice and convenient for us. The breakfast is really good and delicious:) Excellent service!

The hotel is in a prime location and located at the heart of the city. Staff are very friendly and courteous and very accommodating. The room is very clean, the breakfast buffet is excellent it includes both local and your typical breakfast foods. The gym isn’t exactly fully equipped, but who really comes to Addis to use the gym? lol I’ll definitely be returning to this hotel.

The rooms were clean and comfortable

The hotel staff will go the extra mille to make your stay memorable. The breakfast buffet is limited, very little options in fruit (watermelon/mango..sometimes banana), cheese was missing, etc. Ok gym in the 10th floor. Wifi in the rooms were poor sometimes not working.

The property is good in overall but there is a problem in the draining of water in the shower they should fix it Also the lady check my bag when I check out for missing hanger that was not professional at all

This hotel can change your hotel room from a suite to a less comfortable room without refunding you! It is unacceptable
