The location is close to the center of Aershan, but without the hustle and bustle of the city center. The park has a large area and a wide view. If the weather is good, you can see the sky full of stars. The staff are also very friendly and responsive. I will choose here next time.

Very good hotels. There are triangular houses and octagonal houses. The rooms are full for the second graders. The hotel service is very considerate. When we arrived at 10 o'clock, the room we booked was not packed out, so they upgraded us directly. The child didn't bring a hat and even lent us a hat. The hotel didn't have breakfast the next day, but they let us go back to them for breakfast for free, which was really great! The geothermal air conditioner in the house is very warm. It is more than minus 20 degrees outside. You can wear short-sleeved clothes in the house. I will try to stay here in autumn next time.

In terms of environment, the hotel does have a unique location. It is easy to take pictures. The surrounding environment is so beautiful and it is so close to the town. It is quiet and convenient. In terms of hygiene, the hygiene looks pretty good, and I didn’t bother with the small details this time. After all, I’m here to travel, not stay in a hotel for a vacation. The most important thing comes, service. Service starts with small details. I am also in the service industry, so I am more concerned about service. I will not talk about what I encountered since I entered the hotel. Compared with other chains, the gap between three and four stars, etc. It is very big. After all, it is enough to be happy and comfortable when traveling. However, I witnessed with my own eyes the whole process of a young man almost getting into a fight with a customer, which made me very surprised and incredible. I sounded quite angry. I thought it was the hotel's bad attitude. It was just a quarrel over the issue of collecting dishes during breakfast time. I almost wanted to fight. The guy looked like he should shut up after eating my food. In fact, it was just... Everything can be solved with just "Sorry", but he did his part. The guests asked him n-words about what the service is. He has no sense of service at all and is speechless. The hotel management system needs to be further improved. As an outsider, I I also feel that I am not respected when I stay here. 😟It is not enough for the management to do a good job. The first time I came to Aershan, I was attracted by this place. The Triangular House in Lujiao Bay where I stayed was a surprise! The hotel environment is great! You can see the snowy scenery in the distance from the floor-to-ceiling windows ~ Manager Zhang Yu served us and he was super nice! Very considerate and all our needs were met. Although it was very cold in Aershan, the hotel service made us feel warm! I will stay here again next time I come! Highly recommended!

However, there is a shuttle bus from the hotel, which is not very far. It takes about 10 minutes to walk through the back of the triangular house. It closes around five o'clock, so go early. There are ponies and alpacas nearby, which is very cute. ⭐️Room: The room is quite big, and you can actually watch Ultraman on the TV. My son likes it very much. The bathtub is also large. Filling the water once is enough for children to play for a while, but adults have to wait a little longer if they want to take a bath. The shower head is not very big, maybe it is an environmental problem, the water pressure is not that strong. ⭐️Catering: The hotel breakfast is from 7:30 to 9 o'clock. There are not many types but it is quite exquisite. Milk tea, soy milk, milk, buns, steamed buns and flower rolls, plus three or four kinds of stir-fry dishes. Western food includes slices of bread, small cakes, yogurt, two or three kinds of fruits, and pickles. The main meal is relatively expensive, about 200 for a chicken stewed with mushrooms. We ordered a bowl of noodles, which was a very big bowl. In fact, there are many restaurants on both sides of the street outside the hotel. I personally feel that there is no need to eat in the hotel. Oh, by the way, there are few tables and chairs in the hotel restaurant, so if you go late, you may not have a seat. ‼ ️The hotel environment is very good. There was a problem with the room on the first night this time. Manager Zhang Yu also solved it. The waiters I met during the period were all young people. I can feel that they are working hard to do a good job. After all, in a place where the tourism industry is not so mature, the requirements should not be too harsh. The price of 2,000+ per night during the National Day is a bit high, I hope it can be priced reasonably

淡季旅遊的優勢就是這麼有特色的酒店也沒有很貴！雖然是三角屋，但房頂很高完全不會有壓抑的感覺；床應該是兩張單人床拼的，很大但中間並沒有下陷的感覺；雖然衞生間和洗手間略顯侷促，但一個人用足矣；陽台上的躺椅和温泉池因為天氣還太冷沒用上，有點可惜。整個園區雖然沒有特別大，但佈局比較合理，房間和房間之間不太會互相影響。小鹿我們是沒遇上，駱駝和矮腳馬倒是都看到了，也算人與自然充分融合了～ 要説小建議的話，個人覺得房間裏其實可以放個床位凳，反正空間是足夠的；另外就是空調設備會有些聲響，睡眠不好的小夥伴可能有些頭疼。 反正總體來説，酒店讓我們在阿爾山享受了兩個非常美好的夜晚～

房間很棒啊，衞生，設施，環境也都很好，所以在硬體的部分我給滿分。 但是在服務方面就得加強，在前台老是找不到人。前台的服務員到餐廳去幫忙的時候，我男朋友的手被豆漿燙到，他的第一個反應是去扶豆漿的杯子，而不是去找餐巾紙來幫忙，這個讓人感覺不好，覺得更重視物品，而不是人。但其他的服務員還是蠻不錯的，就一個，我覺得特別需要加強。 可能是因為淡季的關係，早餐也衹有簡單的幾個菜。連麪包，咖啡都沒有。 以上就供參考.

在一片草原上，夜晚真的可以看到星空，擁抱大自然，真不錯。房間電視有愛奇藝vip，真不錯。 每個三角屋窗外都有温泉浴缸，可惜這個季節還沒開放。地暖非常燙，缺點是無法調節温度，有點被烤熟的感覺。 房間小三角窗户的窗簾一直被拉着無法打開，在房間裏是看不到星空咯…廁所有點反味。熱水器是家用熱水器，所以兩次洗澡可能需要間隔一定時間等水加熱，可能20min，浴缸泡澡等得更久了，據説要1h。 早餐是自助，但非常隨意，小米粥，小菜，雞蛋，豆沙包，豆漿，簡單過過。可能淡季的緣故，收拾餐具和餐桌也不勤。

來阿爾山玩的南方土豆🥔，房間無論是景觀還是供暖都非常好，地暖都能燙腳，零下30度依舊可以在房間內單衣單褲。室內的浴缸也很大很長，對身高高的人也很友好。房間外面看出去還能看見黃羊！早餐也不錯，小菜很好吃。
