#安全鎖子形同虛設，外人一把就可以推開，窗簾和門有大縫隙，沒有安全感。見圖。建議女士客人慎重。#衞生太臟了，很久沒有專業的人打掃，見圖。還有各種蟲子，（別説是大自然環境，是沒有做基本驅蟲步驟）。見視頻。#環境水管裏水都是青苔的東西，雖然有空調，可還是冷。因為這種帳篷不保暖。馬桶又臟又破。見圖。#服務沒有服務，布草沒人換，垃圾沒人倒，沒有飲用水。#其他天窗關不住，第二天早上陽光刺眼，影響睡眠。

十一夜裡很冷，開一夜空調還是冷，四處透風，門也關不嚴，早上五點多頂處就透光進來，屋裡很亮，距離前面唱歌的大包很近，晚上太吵，馬桶圈是壞的，唯獨蒙古包是特色，離火車站很近，好停車

想體驗蒙古包的風情，但不是蒙古包的簡陋，馬桶圈是破的，扎馬步上廁所，洗澡水會漏到房間裏，不敢洗，蜈蚣蜘蛛當時忘記拍了，帶小孩一起住衹有兩個枕頭，自己衣服墊，沒有飲用水

對面就是阿爾山市，夜景很漂亮。被子感覺有點潮，開空調熱風，一會兒就好了。服務不錯，有工作人員幫忙提行李。有電蚊香和驅蟲葯，好像沒有瓶裝水贈送。夜晚滴滴答答的雨聲，感覺很大，其實早晨走出來地面是乾的。菜味道不錯。

和網上的介紹相差太大，周邊的環境沒有草原，衹是在一個小土坡上做的磚砌的蒙古包，外門關不嚴，有一扇就關不了，蒙古包周圍的地坪高高低低，我們五點半到的，沒有前台，衹是一個拿手機的小夥帶我們進房間，要走很多級台階，行李都沒法拿上去，晚飯據説訂滿了，要吃衹能拿到房間裏吃，後來看到房間裏有蒼蠅和小蟲就決定退房不住了．後來説過六點退不了，損失了一千一，就當打麻將被人陰了……後來到周圍不遠的地方另找了兩個房間，很不好的一次經歷

距離温泉博物館、老火車站步行10分鐘，站在大營上可俯覽温泉大街市區景觀，不提供早餐，需要走出去大街上找。帳篷內有空調，有衞生間可以洗澡。晚上可以在大營裏吃地道蒙餐，一個帳篷相當於一個包間。
