At reception a guy was not with good manner and they never offered the compliment water for the room.

Very nice location close to the beach, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. Hotel has nice garden with a playground for children. Its a very safe place as its overlooked by security at all entrances. Room is spacious with nice balcony however you can tell that the Hotel is getting old. Breakfast doesn’t have a lot of choice is super basic. Service is very Morrocan like, everything takes very long. The Hotel needs to buy more towels as they only provide you with 2 per room and take them away in the morning to wash them. All in all I would avoid coming to this Hotel for holiday but if you just need a room its ok!

Here is my summary for three nights at this hotel. Arrival around 2 p.m.: first contact with the parking lot, no space, we were asked to park nearby in a paid parking lot. It begins well. Second contact with the receptionist who is really unfriendly and not welcoming, not smiling. Handing over the keys around 2:30 p.m. we arrive in the room you have to kick in the door to enter room 414 or 416 we enter the room first impression quite good double bed with a sofa sea view, the bathroom a little dated but it's clean. Head to the perfect swimming pool, it is progressive with deckchairs in good condition and towels provided. In the evening, first outing by car, to return to the hotel again no space in the parking lot, no space in the paid parking lot we have to look for a parking space on our own 1 km from the hotel, with a elderly person it is not easy. We go to the reception and tell them of our dissatisfaction. The problem is well known but there is no solution. They don't care, however, in the hotel description it is clearly indicated that parking is available: liar. First night and first breakfast, what a disappointment no water, no milk, no cereals, no yogurt no fruit How to do with children? the only thing you can eat is raw vegetables, onions, cabbage, cucumbers, salad, about ten sauces with no label, a toaster that heats up but doesn't burn. Luckily there is a cook who makes omelettes and a cook who makes Moroccan crepes but one by one so you have to wait almost 10 minutes to get a crepe. We decide to stay on this second day at the hotel at lunchtime, it is forbidden to bring food around the swimming pool, we ask for the snack menu, answer: it is not open. We ask for the restaurant menu and there is no menu. You have to check directly with the cook. there is no menu as it is based on the daily menu. Ok we're going to take today's menu of minced meat and mixed salad (3 tiny balls of minced meat 90 dirhams and salad 60 dirhams) all disgusting. Otherwise, room cleaning is done before 2 p.m. Near the swimming pool there is a table football and ping pong table. the gym is good but only opens from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., it's too short. so in the end we won't come back.

people are nice

This is the second time in this establishment and always satisfied by all the staff from the porter, reception, cleaning ladies, waiters, lifeguard... I highly recommend this hotel

The only decent thing was the bad breakfast location and unhygienic room .. I had to ask for a maintenance in the bathroom and the staff were rude

helpful staff, passable but good breakfast, just parking problem, sinn is a parking lot in front of the other side NB the porters are very helpful

Animal abusers !! If you’re an animal lovers specifically cats i don’t recommend you this hotel, stayed here in May with my husband, There were cats in the gardens so the people who work there trapped the cats in cages in front of the guests, while the cats were screaming in fear.

Booked this hotel cause price / location ratio looked appealing. It was last minute, got to the hotel at 1:30 AM, parking was full (cars from night nearby night club goers) except for one single spot by the hotel door, security said it wasn't available for hotel guests, but rather for the French General Manager who wasn't even there but pointed the camera in case - God forbid- an employee allows a paying hotel guest park there....she wasn't going to let them have it... Once inside the empty and dark reception (okay it was late into the night) a night shift employee checked me in, I asked if I can get a later check out since I checked in at almost 2 AM...he said "sorry can't do it as I'm the night shift guy " I said can you leave a note of such request to the day time desk colleagues...he said " I actually don't get along with him very well (didn't need to know that) but I will do so.... The room was old, clean sheets though, but old and sad...looks like it had some quick cheap paint done to it...but it was still sad...the TV was working through... Left at dawn for a meeting and came back at 8AM to sleep some more...on the way in, I requested again a later check out from the guy (in case à noté was forgotten) and the day time desk person said "you're lucky I gave you as far as an additional hour " with an uncalled for attitude... Went on my way to have a little breakfast before going to bed, and the buffet was tragic, the guy who made eggs was disinterested in his job, he was on his mobile....in Morocco, the country of orange juice and Moroccan tea, both were neither fresh nor tasty....the water from the purifier tasted like it had high doses of aspirin mixed into it...I was actually surprised to see some tourists (mostly Russian) in this hotel...maybe they were also unpleasantly surprised....

Beautiful simple hotel very affordable price and good service. We enjoyed our stay. It’s clean and hygienic. The service is good. Nothing to complain about . The owner is very nice he came to recommand vest places in Agadir

Cute hotel, very clean, great staff, will arrange airport shuttle, breakfast hours are very convenient & it's fantastic location. From the hotel you can stroll along the beautiful beach walk for a very long way, ending up at a beautiful harbor. (Restaurants along the beach walk are lovely & we enjoyed a great dinner.) It's a very short cab ride to the bus station if you're going to Marrakech & you can flag down a cab in front of the hotel. Enjoyed our day in Agadir very much!

Beware! We had booked the Odyssee Park Hotel through Agoda months in advance of our Morocco trip; just days ahead of time, Agoda notified us that our booking was cancelled. We scrambled to find a new hotel and in doing so, found the Odyssee Park Hotel was still showing same room availability for those same days but with the town hotels now full, they were charging $50 more. So, Agoda let them cancel our booking for no good reason. This is only the second time we have used Agoda and it is the second disaster.
