Oz'Inn Hotel & Spa

I haven't stayed in the bedrooms at the Oz'Inn, but did have the pleasure of using the Oz'Inn's sundeck and large jacuzzi for several days as a guest of the neighbouring 4* Natureva spa hotel, which is under the same ownership. Whereas the rest of the village has a typical age range of around 45 to 65, it's noticeably younger at the Oz'Inn, perhaps 35 to 55. If you fit into this latter age range, then Oz'Inn could be a particularly appealing place to stay. The Natureva has very limited reception opening times, outside which guests have to check in at the Oz'Inn. The Oz'Inn reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and it was they who helpfully advised about both hotels' facilities being available to guests of both hotels. The Oz'Inn has a very nice rooftop sundeck and large jacuzzi, with bar service. The staff are extremely attentive and one never has to wait long to be served. However, the music was a little intrusive at times, often very repetitive clubbing music, which was too loud to relax properly. On the sundeck, there is plenty of intimacy between couples, including some subtle but minor sexual activity. It's quite mild compared to Baie des Cochons. Guests at the Oz'inn can use the facilities at the neighbouring 4* Natureva spa hotel, including its indoor pool, where such activity is not allowed. There is one easy improvement that the hotel could make to the sundeck. Most people who want to sunbathe prefer the north side (facing south) on an open bed without the four posts and partial roof. People who want to shelter from the sun on a bed with a partial roof would be happy on the south side (facing north). So please put all the open beds on the north side (facing south) and all the beds with a partial roof on the south side (facing north). The internet at the Oz'inn is impressively around 300-400Mbps.

Hotel was disappointing. We booked the largest suite with the rooftop terrace that we were not allowed to use. They told us it had safety issues. So we paid for the terrace but got no terrace and no reduction in price. The shower did not drain so flooded every time we took a shower, even when it was just 5 minutes. The hot tub in the room also leaked which explains the sewage smell. The staff knew. We saw them open all the windows and terrace doors when they were cleaning. The smell was wretched. We had to sleep with the windows and terrace door open which lead to lots of mosquitos and horrible bites. We left two nights early knowing we wouldn’t get a refund but they still charged us all the taxes. Don’t do the hotel breakfast. Not worth the €25 per person. Going in September meant the bar upstairs had no attendant. You have to call down to have them bring anything up. Not something you expect from a 5 star hotel. It was truly a 4 star hotel that needs a lot of maintenance.

We visited the area for the first time and choose this hotel this June/July for 4 nights. The hotel is clean and rooms are comfortable and cool. Bar and rooftop area are a great place to hang out and enjoy, although not a lot of shade during the day. Everything is in walking distance from the hotel and you can enjoy spa options at the sister resort within minutes.

I don’t understand how they possibly can justify the cost. For this price, drinks, breakfast and onsite entertainment should all be provided. There is no reason to pay such exorbitant rates for such little return.

No air conditioning??? Really for the price, it’s not acceptable

This is a real scam to rate this hotel as a 5 ⭐ hotel, so expensive and doesn't even stand for a 2 ⭐ hotel! Very cheap accomodations, bad service, dirty, and very poor breakfast which we had to pay extra 28€ per person! We paid in advance 3200€ for 5 nights (breakfast not included) and we left the hotel after 2 nights even loosing money for the rest 3 nights (1900€).

A truly amazing hotel. All is just perfect. Super service from the reception staff. They really go many steps further to make you feel welcome. Delicious breakfast. Clean rooms and a good bed. The Saturday party is super fun. We can only give all our best recommendations

We had an excellent stay. The front desk staff were very very nice and attended to all our needs. The amenities of the hotel were very nice especially the big heated jacuzzi on the top floor and the hammam room below. Will definitely return! Ask for Room 112. The best!
