I loved loved this hotel! The service was amazing. I came in early because my train arrived to Agra in the morning and they were so kind to allow me to check in early. The staff was extremely helpful! Anything I need they were willing to help. Location wise is 10 mins from Taj Mahal and you can take an Uber for 100 rupees. The food in the hotel is very good as well, I have chicken tikka masala and was to die for! Anyways I highly recommend this hotel. Hilton always hits the expectations

Hotel is pleasant place to stay property is in prime location, staff here is very cooperative and helpful l, very budget friendly and restaurant food is good in taste always try to go for booking with dinner is very cost effective

It's really close to the West Gate of Taj Mahal, about 200 meters away, and there is a pedestrian street in front of it, tutu cars and motorcycles can't get in, there are sentries guarding at the intersection, it is relatively quiet and clean. An uncle at the front desk was very enthusiastic and was very active in cooperating with me when I needed help. There was plenty of hot water in the bath, the room was clean, and the sheets were covered with no odor.

The ITC Mughal was an incredible stay! We have been travelling round the world for the last few months and the Bed in our room was by far the comfiest of them all! Make sure to check out Peswhari restaurant. The lamb shank and Black Daal are must trys!!! Unbelievable! Also, there is actually 2 swimming pools, ignore the central one and head to the pool next to the spa, so much nicer!

I am very happy to stay there. Room are cleaning, bathroom too small but it's good, location are also good for taj mahal and agra fort. Hotel staffs are also good. Mosquito are in the hotel, this hotel good for family, couple, and others.

Hotel in good location. Easy to reach there because every auto driver known this property. Comes in my stay it was fabulous stay. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Bed sheet are clean and hygienic. Behaviour of staff was good. Foods are good. Iam a traveller so my point of view this hotel was great for stay.

We were travelling with our 18 months old infant & elderly. It was a wonderful stay at Sarovar. The place catered to variety of food & activities for all age groups. The property is kids friendly. The location is easily accessible & readily available parking right in front of the hotel. Food was delicious. All the necessary amenities of good quality were provided. The staff was friendly & approachable. Thank you for making our stay in Agra Comfortable. We especially enjoyed our cold coffee by the Poolside.

First of all, the staff are polite, friendly and very helpful. The location is good and I think it was about 10 minutes walk on a straight road without hesitation to Taj Mahal. I could walk so I could easily go to the Taj Mahal before dawn. The Taj Mahal seen at sunrise was very nice and I could take a leisurely look around before it was crowded. There are several restaurants on the way to Taj Mahal. I arrived late so I asked for hotel room service. The price is a little higher than the restaurants in the city, but it's cheaper than eating in Japan. There were many menus and it was delicious more than expected. Recommended for travelers going to Taj Mahal.
