"The hotel is very nice and in a convenient location for visiting the Taj Mahal. The superior room was spacious and comfortable, with a view of the Taj Mahal. Breakfast was good, though perhaps a bit limited for Western guests. However, we did encounter some issues: 1. Upon entering the room, we found blood stains on the bathroom wall near the toilet, and the toilet itself was dirty—something absolutely disgusting and, above all, unhygienic (I’ll refrain from posting the photos). Only after raising the issue, they proceed to thoroughly clean the bathroom (which should be a given); 2. The air conditioning was noisy. Again, it was only fixed after we reported it; 3. Overall, the room should be cleaned more thoroughly. These issues are unacceptable for a hotel belonging to an international chain like Radisson."

"Rooms are fine and location is good. Food was ok. Once you leave they will give you a massive bill even though we had already paid for the room the day before, they will add on many extra things, then will fail to explain and just keep adding numbers onto the calculator and say its fine. Avoid this place! We had to just pay all the extra things as it was early morning and we had a train to catch. Do not recommend this place to anyone!!!!"

The hotel's location on the highway makes it very convenient, with excellent connectivity to key areas of the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained throughout my stay. A special thanks to Mr. Omprakash and Mr. Dhirendra from the housekeeping team for their exceptional service. They ensured the room hygiene was maintained to a very high standard every day and were always courteous, prompt and professional. The staff across the hotel were friendly and helpful, the check-in/check-out process was smooth and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. It was a comfortable and hassle-free stay, making it easy to focus on my business meetings. I would definitely recommend Lemon Tree Hotel Agra, to both business and leisure travelers and I look forward to staying here again."

"The room was very clean, with hot water and friendly staff. Great location and quiet. A minor gripe was the mattress (it was very soft, but that might be a plus for some). We also didn't eat at the hotel because meals were served in the windowless hallway (which was inconvenient) and there was nowhere to sit in the evening (we would have preferred to sit outside)."

"The place is closed to Taj Mahal, I'd say walking distance. The staff is really nice, when there is some language barrier they just call the owner (Bobby) and he will find a solution. Bobby speak a perfect english, the wifi works perfectly, the AC also works well. The terrace is beautiful and it has two floors, the last one provides a beautiful view of Taj Mahal and the whole neighborhood where you can see monkey going up and down."
