"The hotel was good . Location wise it’s best one, close to Tajmahal east gate . Also , the amenities provided were quite better. But for our case it took 2 hour late checkin , the hotel haven’t prepare the room in advance; we checked in around 12:30 pm, but to get enter the room it took 2 hours for us. Anyways , we understand the situation. But It would be much better if the hotel staff prepare the room in advance and don’t let the guest wait . Overall I had a good experience, I would recommend for a family , friend , couple stay ."

"Premium Room, twin beds – the space was just right. If you book on the day and there's availability, it can be cheaper (includes breakfast). Even though the hotel is a bit older, the service and cleanliness were excellent. Room service was also fast. It would be perfect if the beds weren't so soft! The hotel also offers other activities like a swimming pool, pottery making, and a Taj Mahal storytelling session, which was fantastic! It's about a 12-15 minute walk to the Taj Mahal, or you can take the shuttle bus if you prefer a shorter stroll."

"This was our second stay after 2022-23. This time stay was disappointing primarily due to poor service management. On arrival, no one assisted in picking up or carrying luggage to the room. After check-in, I called for drinking water, but despite repeated follow-ups, it took almost one hour for water to be delivered to the room. Most of the hotel staff appeared to be completely occupied with managing a marriage ceremony and a conference being held simultaneously at two different grounds within the property. While events are understandable, regular in-house guests should not be made to suffer due to poor prioritization and staffing. What makes the experience worse is the pricing. The room tariffs are higher than reputed five-star hotels like the Taj in Agra, but the service standards fall far short of even basic hospitality expectations. I would think twice before choosing this property again."

"This hotel is packed with old-school charm. Room was comfortable and beautifully decorated and the grounds of the hotel are lovely. The staff were all very hardworking and welcoming, despite us showing up late at night after a delayed flight. Breakfast was good. Restaurant fare is on the pricier side compared to outside food (as to be expected with hotels) but tasty and generous, we also really enjoyed their special Xmas Eve dinner. Location is a bit further out from the taj area but it was very easy to get around using Uber auto (rickshaws) and the hotel’s garden area + pool area made it feel like a nice quiet oasis from busy Agra, so we slept well. They were doing some work on the rooftop during the time we were there so we weren’t able to use the terrace - a shame as the views seemed great."

"We chose this hotel for its amazing view of the Taj Mahal. The grounds are beautiful. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The only downside was the large number of mosquitoes at dinner on the terrace. The hotel does provide mosquito spray, and I saw them treating the area during the day."

Each room has a different, old air conditioning unit, which is accordingly poorly functioning. The shower head in the bathroom was so calcified and moldy that hardly any water came out.
