This charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc. Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/management accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

I had a great stay without any inconveniences. I think it was the best accommodation I stayed in while on a business trip. I had a great time in India thanks to the hassle-free accommodations.

the stay was very good..... indian food was very good .... staff was very nice....very welcoming ... front desk staff pradeep ruby and karan was very good and friendly...... we are regular i will come again after a week ..... thanks to front desk staff

The stay was quite good...and stayed here for second time...the location was perfectly fit to me as it's near airport..pool room view was really amazing...I liked how the staff have been very patient with us...and I hope I would recommend others to stay here.

Comfortable stay, clean rooms, Sumptuous Food.. Room were spacious and with luxurious amenities.. Staff was cordial and prompt. Heritage theme of hotel was well connected with vibrant culture of Gujrat. I would like to stay more at this property

The Hotel Ambience and services are very good. Booking online was very convenient and quick. The Hotel staff is very courteous and helpful. The food is very good. The room, a/c, bed, pillows are very comfortable. The front desk is very efficient, courteous and helpful. Overall stay was a very good experience.

I am regular visitor to the hotel but on this time I found Rats in air duct they were running whole night making chu chu noise and we couldn’t sleep. I also informed management while checking out as well as to their rooms divisional manager in writing. The manager instead of saying me sorry or apologise he said their hotel is Radiant free . One can never runout of their responsibility. Food is expensive. All employees are very good ready to help.

Great stay with ummed.....it was my wife's birthday...... celebrated nicely....front desk staff was very good....nice pool and great hospitality.....i have enjoyed allot...pradeep Ruby Karan was helpful....will visit again......
