The front desk staff was polite and smiling, and even stepped out of the way to help my husband get into the parking lot. The room was modern and furnished. The water in the bathhouse was a comfortable temperature, though there was a slight bleach smell. I also recommend adding instructions for using the hot springs in the bath room. Many Southeast Asian women were constantly looking around in the bathhouse, seemingly unsure of how to use it.

Central location right next to the Mirai Tower with a few stations. Amazing services and facilities, room is a bit tight but very clean and well maintained. Many thanks for the front office for their great hospitality and for assisting with parcel delivery.

The hotel is located at one of the busiest areas in Nagoya, so it’s very convenient for all travellers. The public bath is good enough for relaxation. The room is also big enough considering its cost.

Cozy and spotlessly clean. The hotel is super convenient, located right outside the subway exit. A great bonus is the rooftop onsen, accessible daily with your room key. An ice machine is available, and laundry machines cost 400 JPY. Highly recommended!

Located in the heart of Nagoya, this hotel is just a 200-meter walk from the subway station. There's a massive 7-Eleven conveniently located downstairs. Just two streets behind, you'll find plenty of dining options and bars. We chose this hotel because of its excellent central location, making it incredibly easy to get around. The rooms are a bit on the small side, so for two adults and two children, we booked two adjacent twin rooms.

Nice and new, though a bit of cold staff also some distance to walk from eg Parco, Mitsukoshi.

Walking distrance to train station wih plenty of food options. Snugged in between two 7-Eleven. Effortless check in process and staffs are very friendly. The place is very clean and spacious as compared to other 15m2 prooms. Will stay here again.

A pretty new hotel, real nice rooms the front portion near the door of the room is tatami, the size is really decent for Japanese chains. Theres an information map in the lobby that shows whats nearby and all the recommendations. The staff are really professional as well. Only drawback is that the hot spring is really tiny, but its better than not having one. The subway station is only a 2 min walk away from the hotel. Nagoya is one of the best places to get used luxury products and the 2nd hand brands like KOMEHYO had large buildings here.

One of the best hotel I ever stayed. Nice facility and has onsen in the hotel. Though room is small, but it is value for money due to the location, quality of the amenities and staff service. Room cleanliness is in tip top condition everyday. Bravo! Completely in love with Croom’s breakfast, feel everyday was pampered with nicely prepared meals during our stay.

An excellent hotel close to the subway station and Nagoya Castle. The rooms are clean and large (by Japanese standards), and the room included a massage pillow and onsen amenities. The hotel has nice hot tubs on the 11th floor, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. I highly recommend this hotel; it's very pleasant. 一家靠近地铁站和名古屋城的优质酒店。房间干净宽敞（以日本标准来看），还配有按摩枕和温泉设施。酒店11楼设有舒适的热水浴缸，非常适合徒步一天后放松身心。我强烈推荐这家酒店，它非常舒适宜人。

Due to the strategic location, the hotel is crowded. Generally is ok, room a little small, but expected for intown area. Nearby has alot of izakaya.

Went to Nagoya to visit a friend and had the best sleep this trip in Japan. It’s a short walk over to the shopping district, 3 stations from Nagoya station. Pillows were comfy and there’s even a public bath for use!
