The hotel is large enough, and the location and environment are impeccable. But the experience is totally mismatched with the price, and there is no service from a five-star hotel. First, when I took a shower on the first day of my stay, the shower gel and shampoo were empty, and later I saw that the hand soap was also empty; Second, after taking a shower and blowing my hair, the hair dryer was broken and did not work; Third, I called to report the above things, and someone came to send a hair dryer, but no one came to add the shower supplies after staying for a few days, and I was too lazy to question them; Fourth, we lived on the second floor, and there was their bar under the window, **Every night at 4 o'clock, the music started banging until midnight; Fifth, the hygiene was too average, and I dared not use the water cup; Sixth, no one came to ask for orders when you sat down in the lobby cafe, and you were treated like air; Seventh, although it was standard, it was far from what a five-star hotel should have.
