"This was my second stay at this hotel. The first time, I already noticed the UNPROFESSIONALISM at the reception desk. You ask for the price, quickly go to the currency exchange, only to find out that there are two additional charges (some kind of surcharge + tax)...so you have to go back to the currency exchange...communication is definitely not their strong suit 🤬 Service in the restaurant was excellent, cleaning was quite okay (which I find very strange: there are NO TOILET BRUSHES in this hotel! Please disinfect the glasses/bowls & spoons in the room, as the staff only rinse them with water...therefore, danger of herpes!!!). During my second stay, I truly lost my temper, as I was woken up both days because of the UNPROFESSIONALISM of the reception (including the management)...both times, there was no good morning, but rather yelled at to come to the reception immediately to correct errors that were the fault of the reception staff. I ask you to wake someone up on the day of checkout because the employee didn't calculate the taxes, and when you then ask, half asleep, "How much money am I supposed to pay?" and get the answer "I don't know"...it truly takes your breath away how brain-dead the reception staff actually are, INSANE🤯 Afterwards, I found out that their tax calculation was even wrong...truly beyond words... Reception ZERO, the rest of the hotel crew gets 3.5 out of 5 from me. PS: I can recommend the standard rooms...the larger rooms are definitely not worth the money!"

"Great welcome with free upgrade offered by them. The welcome cocktail at the bar is always appreciated but half of the drinks on the menu were not available. The gym and pool are at a great level. The structure is very spacious. Very good rooms even if you can see that they are already a few years old. Very good 24h room service, the food ordered was excellent. The only flaw, the bar does not have a smoking section but this is common in Algeria. Summing up however the room does not offer anything special for the (official) price paid, so it is too expensive for the type of structure and service offered."

"Extremely disappointed with this hotel. The pool costs 6000 DA per person and it's not worth it! It's unacceptable to charge for the pool! 🤦🏻♀️ Breakfast was okay, room was okay, but I do not recommend this hotel."

"The staff was AMAZING, they are the reason that our stay here was so wonderful, From Amina at the front desk to the young men at the bar (billie, & I believe Ellei, sorry if I got those names wrong). the cleaning ladies were beyond great at their job and kept our rooms spotless. The restaurant staff made us feel welcomed everyday with a smile on their faces Finally the maintenance man was so helpful getting the TV and AC to work. All in all the staff there made this a 5 star hotel in my mind. Location was no so walkable but but safe and friendly neighors "
