The hotel isn't located near anything. Not much to do but hit the ******. Room service cannot enter your room.... it's door service. Food is just ok.

The hotel is newly opened, and it is considered a luxurious hotel in the Toronto area. The decoration and sound insulation are very good, and there are 24-hour food stalls, both Chinese and Western food, the key is delicious

The power went out for hours and we were only compensated $10 for the inconvenience. Disappointed for sure.

We went for a concert, Hotel lost power for almost 4 hours, there was no communication to us or offered compensation, the food and drinks were not available.
Also no apologies or offers for the inconvenience at all. Also loud, you can hear all activities in the hallway.
Very basic stay and play. Room doesn't offer much.

Parking in the covered area. Found car in 3 inches of water, feet completely soaked.
Would I go back? That would probably be a no.

If you leave and go get outside food they will not allow you to walk through the ****** even though there are no signs posted stating this. Security is extremely rude and unprofessional. You can have drinks in the ****** and if you order food from the places inside you can bring that into the ****** but you can’t walk through it with outside food. Does that make sense?
I ended up leaving a day early because of the ignorance from security. There is no parking on the hotel side there is only parking on the ****** side.
Overall a horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel ever!

We experienced a blackout during our stay… announcements were made regularly and the ******, hallways and one elevator remained open. Great snd timey response!

The property was beautiful but sadly we lost power minutes after arriving and was out for 3 hours. There for unable to enjoy the pool and sauna. Couldn’t get ready to go for our anniversary dinner. Very disappointing with the amount I paid

We were very happy with our suite. It has a separate living area, a half and full bath (with a tub and separate shower). The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was especially very comfortable. The restaurant in the ****** was great food and service. Overall very happy with our stay.
