Hotels in Boat Station 1, Aklan

We’ve been booking this hotel ever since and my kids love this hotel. However, this time around we had a terrible experience upon checking in. We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) but my eldest is already considered an adult because of his age which is understandable to any hotel policy. We booked a premium deluxe room which is the biggest in this hotel with 1 double bed and 1 single (same as what we’d booked before). What we don’t like is what happened with us upon checking in, they said my son is considered an adult they insisted on us getting another room which is unreasonable for us since hello??! A 10 year old kid will stay by himself in the room OR separate us family??! The room we booked can occupy 3 ADULTS to technically speaking this should be allowed. We also informed that we are WILLING TO PAY EXTRA for our 2 kids - and by the way they have an option for this; a rate for extra kid/child. Still they insisted on the another room. We had to wait for hours to confirm if what we want can happen. The manager (name:Charizze) is not willing to meet us half way. In the end we paid for 3 ADDITIONAL ADULTS!! Talk about a ripped off when it should just be 2 extra kids. Also our request for airpot transfer upon arrival was denied due to the same reason of not getting another room. Really terrible customer service (reservations supervisor: Bea Race) This will be our last stay in Hennan Prime. Sad to say they have a TERRIBLE FRONT DESK CUSTOMER SERVICES. Hennan you need to train your managers well.

The best accomodation ever in boracay you must try there hotel I love the room the bathroom it was so spacious and you can cook and use there kitchen wear and utensils for free💖💖💖 the receptionist was so amazing very accommodating the girl who give us coupon for Galaxy club your so amazing thank you so much!!! I will differently book here again in ,y next Boracay trip.💖💖💖💖

I'm surprise how close it was to the beach. The ambiance is better than our first hotel accomodation, we felt more comfortable at shorebreak and we slept really really good. The ambiance is light and comfy. What I like the best is the bed and soft pillows, I am very sensitive when it comes to pillows but here at shorebreak I felt relaxed sleeping without having my neck hurts or feel uncomfortable.

I recently stayed at the Oseydon Hotel and would like to share my impressions. The first thing that caught my eye was its convenient location. The hotel is located at the very beginning at the 1st station, next to the beach, Seven Eleven, a cheap Kolay Manguan cafe, two bars for hanging out. The room was spacious and cozy, with modern and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The furniture was comfortable, and the equipment worked without complaints. I was pleased with the availability of high-speed Internet, which is especially important in our time. The service is excellent! The staff was polite and professional. They congratulated our son on his birthday, breakfasts to choose from. The food was delicious and varied, I especially liked the Kamsilogi waffles. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel and confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to relax.

The hotel is a bit old. There happened to be a power outage in Boracay one day. New hotels generally do not have power outages. It was really unacceptable to stay in such hot weather when there was a power outage. There was no hot water even if I wanted to drink it.

Cozy hotel room for a budget that has a very nice and accommodating staff. The foot shower in the front of the hotel is a good way to keep the nearby beach sand away from the shared bathrooms and rooms. The area in the front is also a nice area to relax, have a drink, or have a conversation with others. In the room, the ac works well and can be adjusted to be quieter.

We stayed for 5 nights and the room was clean and the decor was beautiful. All of the staffs are nice especially in the breakfast area. Our room was cleaned everyday and the towels were changed everyday as well. We will surely come back and they are all very welcoming with welcome drinks at the reception when we did the check in. Love this hotel. We are very happy ❤️

The location is perfect since its just 5minutes walk from the beach. The staff was approachable, and would immediate assist us if we need something. The room was okay since the room we booked was not the room given to us (didn’t know na pag standard room my dlawang type which they did not disclose sa app na to). One thing i didn’t like was when we’re about to check out naghahanap sila ng umbrella samin which we know for sure na wala kameng nkita sa room na even our friends wala din napansin. The front desk insisted na meron daw tlga as per the house keeper. I told her to check our belongings or cctv para mkita na wala kme nabitbit but did not check any just for our assurance also. Just paid for it para dina tumagal

‘Twas an amazing stay in this beautiful hotel. All the staffs are helpful in whatever we need. The small girl that works in morning shift did an amazing job. I hope next time we travel and book in this wonderful hotel i see this girl in another higher position.

The location is perfect. Close to White Beach and in the heart of it all. The rooms are very clean and modern. Breakfast isn’t buffet style and you pre order the night before what you want which we found a bit odd. Lots of house rules do’s and don’ts and silly extra charges for beach towels/ replacement clean beach towels. But staff were very helpful and polite and made us feel welcome
