"We enjoyed our stay. Their breakfast buffet is so giving 💯. Location wise,,,,it’s minutes away from the beach… The room we stayed in was spacious. I guess they just need to have their towels for their guest to have it free instead of having it rented because we are their guests anyway. (outside towels) Also, they need to have their landline checked because it was broken and we’re on the 4th floor.. good thing they have staff on that floor and we were able to request toilet paper. Overall stay was good, they just need to consider the concerns of the guests for improvement, such as their rented towels and the broken landline."

"I arrived past 2pm. I finished checking in at around 2:20 PM, i asked if can alreadtly have the room since im feeling so hot already, no Airconditioned in the lobby, they told me check in time is 3pm so okay i waited. A couple arrived around 225 pm, they finished checking in around 240pm, but they immediately assisted them to their room, it was just so unfair that they allowed them and they let me wait. So i went to front desk asked why they allowed the couple to immediately accomodated to their room the front desk officer just gave me the keycard and no explanation as to why they allowed the couple. When i arrived to my room i immediatelt called them and asked why, they told its because i only booked deluxe and that tjey are preparing the room, but upon the room there is no sign of recent cleaning. So dis appoimting and i felt discrimanated. Also there insect crawling amd theres even cockroach.and there is even a stain in the duvet."

"Absolutely perfect location, right on the beach !! They have a dive company as well who are absolutely lovely (rowell&harry&arjay) my boyfriend did his open water dive for cheap in just 2 days with PADI whilst o tagged along to do fun dives ! The hotel was clean and the service was good they had a restaurant there which was cheap and had plenty of options. The laundry service was perfect we paid 600 pesos for 4 kilos of washing and it was washed/dried and folded it within a few hours!!"

"Aqua is really good, highly recommended! The service is excellent and the place is very spacious. I suggest staying here in the summer because the waves at White Beach can be quite big then, whereas Aqua, being closer to the east coast, is quite calm. Personally, I think it has better facilities and service than Henann Prime."

It's situated in a quiet, peaceful location that offers complete privacy and seclusion – exactly what we were looking for. The hotel has its own private beach, which is clean, well-maintained, and never overcrowded. It felt like we had stumbled upon our own little paradise. The restaurants deserve a special mention. The food was absolutely delicious at all dining venues – a huge variety and excellent quality. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner – every meal was a delight. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. The team is incredibly attentive and warm. When we decided to extend our stay, we were pleasantly surprised with compliments and small gifts – we truly felt valued. And when my husband unfortunately fell ill during our trip, the staff went above and beyond to help – offering assistance, checking in on us, and making sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness and professionalism were astonishing. And the pillow – it was incredibly comfortable. Honestly, I don't remember the last time I slept so well. Every night of our stay, I had a deep, peaceful, perfect sleep – no neck pain and no tossing and turning. Crimson has spoiled all other hotels for me – in the best possible way. Thank you for everything. We will definitely be back."

"Our overall stay was great! The breakfast was superb, offering so many options and excellent variety, and the pool is absolutely perfect for kids. We also loved that the property has its own dedicated area right on the beachfront. However, there were quite a few mosquitoes at night, which meant my husband had to stay up late to make sure our baby didn't get bitten. Aside from that issue, it was a wonderful experience!"

"Location of this hotel is perfect, near Station 3 on the White beach. There are cafes and shops nearby. However hotel itself needs some improvement. Room was shabby, needed proper cleaning and renovation. There were ants in the room, water was leaking from the ceiling when it was raining. Electric socket wasn’t working properly, so we were using our power bank for charging phones. The cleaning wasn’t done while our stay, toilet paper is not provided when finished so we bought it for ourselves. It might be better but naah management is not investing money and time for changing situation. I will not come back to this hotel, but will definitely recommend to visit Boracay island"
