"The room description for the Suite, good for 4 adults, is TOO SMALL - AND definitely not good for 4 adults. This was FALSE MARKETING. We expected 2 double beds, but the beds are small - single sized beds. We pleaded (nicely) with the night hostess to add a foam to accommodate 3 teenagers, and pillows, she said there's no space for additional foam, and they'll charge additional for it. They also charged for additional pillows. The pillows they provided for 4 adults is only 4 pillows! Waaahhh... The night hostess was really terrible and not helpful at all. But morning came, time to checkout, the morning host was the nicer one. He did void the additional charge for the pillows, and apologized, but it was a little too late as we had the most terrible stay that night."

"The staff are amazing specially Roma & Caloy. They're all excellent staff. They worth more than anything. The location is perfect.. The guest only talk about that they wished the dining area was cooler. Maybe need more aircons and fans. But perhaps its not an issue some people love the heat."

"Location of this hotel is perfect, near Station 3 on the White beach. There are cafes and shops nearby.  However hotel itself needs some improvement. Room was shabby, needed proper cleaning and renovation. There were ants in the room, water was leaking from the ceiling when it was raining. Electric socket wasn’t working properly, so we were using our power bank for charging phones. The cleaning wasn’t done while our stay, toilet paper is not provided when finished so we bought it for ourselves.  It might be better but naah management is not investing money and time for changing situation.  I will not come back to this hotel, but will definitely recommend to visit Boracay island"
