Beware, hotel is under renovation. We were not made aware of this. Our first floor room was very noisy with renovation happening next door and laundry room directly across the hall. Our handicap accessible room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom has roll in shower. Beware, the entire floor gets wet from shower. Toilet paper roll metal compartment fell off the wall . Breakfast was ok. One attendant was very busy trying to keep food replenished. Hot water for tea and oatmeal was lukewarm. I'd stay somewhere else next time.

Our first room, the bathroom sink was clogged and only hot water worked. Went to front desk to ask for maintenance, but no one was working that evening (6pm) Got to change rooms, this room the shampoo dispenser was empty, and one roll of toilet tissue. Requested more, not til the next day. Indoor pool was extremely cold, not comfortable swim. Breakfast, what they had was ok , but had ti wait for the staff(1) to replenish food and try to make coffee, juice etc, Staff was friendly, but it seems like franchise owner did not want to have adequate staffing. They were in the process of renovation, hopefully things will be better in the future

Plenty of good parking places. Walking distance to several restaurants. Check in was smooth and my room was ready with my online check in and key. Room was clean and quite throughout the night. Breakfast was normal but they opened early which let me get an early start on my long drive. Solid Hampton Job well done.

Overall a nice hotel close to some restaurants and Target, which helped for essentials. Hotel is being renovated, but it was still quiet while we were there. Front desk was very friendly and checking was smooth. Room was very clean, comfy bed, decent water pressure. Only things that were a little negative were the single elevator that was slow and has seen better days and the lack of enough towels given that rooms are not cleaned daily. I would stay again, especially at the price point I got.

Obvious civil rights violations and discriminatory policies against Service Animals (not Emotional Support Animal). Even though we’ve literally stayed in 100s of hotels & are Hilton Diamond members, we provide animal detail on reservations thru Hilton. Front desk clerk Keile was rude & dismissive upon my reminder of a trained svc animal. She stated we owed a $75 “PET FEE” for our “dog.” She demanded to know breed of “pet” & said American Eskimos did not qualify as svc animals. Front Ofc Mgr Bryce Hoff also clueless & woefully undertrained in ADA. He went along with Keile until I got Hilton on phone. We we’re also told our King Suite would be unavailable and we would have to stay in their “pet friendly” area. Instead of a King Suite, we were told we had to stay in a double Queen regular rm. Called Hilton Diamond Desk. I asked several times for GM & told he wasn’t there today. When a vendor came in, Bryce told vendor he needed to speak w GM. SHAZAM! The suited GM came out of ofc to help vendor, but refused to assist us. Only after 45 min & intervention by Hilton was “pet fee” waived. At checkout, asked for GM Amit again & was told he wasn’t there. While she said that, a gentlemen in a suit exited mgr’s ofc with the Housekeeping staff after their shift. I told Bruce I needed to speak w Mgr or owner and was told “he’s not the Mgr!” “He’s just an employee!” I asked how many maintenance guys or housekeepers wore 3 piece suits. What a clown show. Discrimination & lies. DO NOT GIVE THEM A DIME!!!

Called 4 times, promised email confirmation, non came. Visa charge different than paper receipt. Phone didn't work, not fixed after it was reported. Toaster didn't work, coffee cup lids didn't fit. Much mold above tub and sink. We became disenchanted after reporting so often and nothing being done. Really hope $50.00 incidentals fee is credited to both Visa cards.

This is an average property, sits back a little. The bed was very hard, seems like an older property. there are many other hilton properties close by. I would stay at one of those on my next visit. Location is good, close to a few restaurants and shopping.

Came with a group of six for a three night stay. Bryce at front desk checkin was awesome. Got into rooms early to find clean and comfortable and quiet. Would stay here again. Our guys on motorcycles were greeted just the same. The breakfast bar was delicious.

the best night sleep i have had. there beds are so nice and breakfast was amazing a lot to choose from. the staff was amazing. great location to the hall of fame. a lot of different restaurant around to walk to grab a bite.

What I love about all Hampton inns, they're all ran the same way. You know what you're getting in a nice clean room. Also a good selection for their FREE breakfast. We went to a BBQ Fest in Barberton, and Akron is about seven miles away, very convenient.

Good stay but a coupe minor issues. Nice, handicapped access to the hotel itself but the elevator is located in a corner and getting my wheelchair in it was a task. Huge room that was generally clean, but my wife stepped on a pair of tweezers that were not ours. Great breakfast. Many restaurants nearby. Close to a great stay.

$170 for the room. There was no hand soap or shampoo. The bathroom door had a loud squeak, particularly annoying at 3 AM. The bathroom ceiling was peeling. The lady at the front desk was very professional.

Disappointed in the room charge as an honors member. I was a walk in, had no reservation at this stay. I went online when I returned home to MI to check on this property's nightly rates and seen I was grossly over charged for one a night stay. There were some minor issues wrong with the room and reported them upon checking out so they would know. The biggest problem we had was the AC/Heating unit could not hold a temperature and was very noisey operating all night long. I would not want to stay here if we were in the area, but if they make the cost right with us, I may try them again. We've stayed there in the past while traveling and always tried to choose this Hampton Inn, so with what happened this time with the cost, I probably would not choose this place again.
