The hotel is pretty with a panoramic terrace but unfortunately they forgot to take care of the maintenance and cleaning. Everything is neglected, the curtains with holes, the abandoned swimming pool, cold, surrounded by sunbeds full of pigeon droppings and the dirty floor. The restaurant is not very good and the air conditioning does not work, we eat with little appetite at 40 degrees. For the rooms, of course, the air conditioning does not work either, we have to open the window to breathe and it is not sad!!!! When in the bathroom, it's very sporty to climb the wall of the bathtub. Too bad because the decor is beautiful this hotel deserves a serious takeover

Fantastic team, great hotel, amazing rooms, great views and location. It's very close to the train station, but it would be nice if it could be closer to the Modena area. I didn't get a chance to try the pool, it looked a bit small and crowded, but nevertheless, it was nice.

We had booked for 3 nights. The reception staff are really big thieves. When our friend who was already there had booked for us no problem they collected the money. A young girl who collected the money instead of counting if the account is good in front of us, she hides behind takes 100 dirham and puts it in her pocket. Unfortunately for her, my friend had joined her and surprised her blatantly. Once arrived there, very tired from the road and with a baby on her arm, this young lady took 1 hour to check in, But always one but my husband had forgotten his identity card presented him with his license, with family record book and me ID, that wasn't enough she didn't want to find a solution. In short, we asked for a full refund, once again 1 hour to get the refund and wanted to do the same thing again by taking 100dirham. In the end, with a crying baby, we left for another hotel that was better off and above all more welcoming and not a thief!!!! I do not recommend this hotel!!

Très bon accueil. Très propre. Très calme. Chambre spacieuses et bien décorées. Personnels serviables. Hotel qui a le charme de la région. Seul bémol, la salle de bain est un peu vieillotte et ne pourrait pas accueillir une personne à mobilité réduite. Nous y reviendrons.

Tout a été parfait ! Un accueil chaleureux, deux chambres très propres avec une bonne literie. Climatisation fonctionnant tres bien. Piscine propre et très agréable. Dîner et petit déjeuner buffet excellent. Nous recommandons cet établissement.
