Beautiful hotel with affordable prices. The only minus is that the swimming pool is visible from the reception therefore there is not much privacy.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing and I will never repeat it in the future. The price is extremely high compared to the quality provided – I have stayed in far better hotels for the same cost. Sadly, my booking turned out to be a big disappointment. Starting from the staff, each one seemed less professional than the other. They were unhelpful, unfriendly, and gave no sense of being in a premium place after paying a good amount of money. It felt more like asking them for a free favor rather than being a valued guest. Room service was terrible – we called around five times at different intervals and no one ever answered. The room lacked even the most basic essentials: no bathrobe, no tissues, and the TV wasn’t even smart, so we couldn’t play YouTube. Cleanliness was also an issue – we found something sticky on the floor which was very disgusting. The bed was uncomfortable, water pressure was weak, the AC was warm most of the time, and the room itself was too small for the price paid. On top of that, the hotel policy felt very unreasonable. Check-in is only at 3:00 PM and check-out is forced at 12:00 PM the next day – this is pure exploitation! We even called in advance to ask if we could check in just 30 minutes earlier at 2:30 PM, and they refused. We had also requested a special setup for our anniversary, and they delayed us under the excuse of preparing it. But in the end, all they did was place two towels shaped like swans on the bed (as shown in the photo) – nothing worth delaying us for, and certainly nothing special. My rating for this hotel is 0/10, and I will never come back.

The rooms are very good and clean as well the drinking water is free and many facilities as well near the mall and all coffee shops

Upon arrival, we were given a not very clean room. We asked to move but just got a "not possible" response. During the night, there was a party/wedding event and the people were so loud and kept on screaming from the entrance area which is right below our room yet they didn't do anything about it when we called to inform. We felt like we are not valued as guests and that they didn't really care if we're having issues. I hope they work this out since it's a nice hotel with good facilities.

Room & Comfort: The rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with all the essential amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly — a must in the Omani heat. The overall atmosphere was calm and restful. Service: The staff Ms Lola at Mani Hotel were courteous and helpful throughout the stay. They were quick to respond to any requests and always greeted us with a smile, which made the experience feel very welcoming.
