"The room is good for its price, its clean, tv is not working though and the phone is also disconnected. I had to go the elevator area to use the phone to call reception for some request. But This are small things and I believed it can be fixed. Front desk staff is so approachable and professional. I will probably book again in this hotel."

"And I was surprised when I arrived that the room was not available, although it was booked and paid in advance, and I waited almost two hours to get me in the room. To be honest, it's a bad experience in terms of booking, in terms of rooms and facilities, very excellent compared to the price."

"Facilities: Very new, newly opened hotel. Hygiene: good. Environment: There are KFC, barbecue restaurants, and local burger restaurants nearby. The lobby is Chinese style. Service: Very good. I met the owner at the restaurant in the morning. He is Chinese and has been doing business in Oman for many years. The breakfast buffet includes dumplings and local specialties. The boss also ordered me a bowl of Sichuan noodles, which was delicious!"

"The staff is very friendly and helpful, but the hotel is in need of renovation. The pool is clean but everything around it is run down. The direct location by the sea is great, but the hotel is not suitable for visits to the old town or the opera as it is far too far away."

"Очень доброжелательный,внимательный персонал.Нисколечко не пожалела,что забронировала этот отель.Мы остановились после прилёта рано утром буквально на несколько часов до следующего вылета.Комната большая,шторы плотные.Выспались отлично.Кровать комфортная очень.По приезду позавтракали .Всё было ширарно.Вкусный омлетик,тосты,круассаны,сладости,фрукты и смузи.Вкуснейший кофе!!До вечера отдыхали в зоне бассейна.Но было немного прохладно для купания .Но всё уютно и комфортно!!Рядом находится супермаркет большой,!А самое главное.нас встретили и проводили в аэропорт.Заселение прошло быстро.Даже разрешили немного задержаться в номере.За что особая благодарность за внимание и терпение!!Спасибо всему персоналу и отелю,что стали частью нашего путешествия! "Excellent location, just an 8-minute drive from the pier for island excursions. Restaurants and shopping centers are nearby. Free parking is available (including covered spots). The airport is about a 10-minute drive away. The welcome was consistently extremely courteous and professional; they allowed us to change rooms for a small fee. We had booked a room with a terrace but didn't like the internal view, so we stayed in a super comfortable mini-apartment (also equipped with a washer-dryer, which we didn't use but could be very useful) with an open view towards the shopping centers, though not particularly scenic. You can hear some traffic noise at night, as well as loading/unloading activities, but nothing too intrusive. The design is fresh and the furnishings are well-thought-out, and the lighting is also excellent. The rooftop pool is nice. The dining area is very pleasant, bright, and offers an outdoor view. The buffet breakfast was quite varied, with the option of freshly prepared eggs. It's a shame there were no fresh fruit juices or even a machine for good coffee or cappuccino, etc. The sweet section was less impressive; the pancakes and mini croissants weren't good. Overall, excellent value for money."
