RE ZA LET!!! Havuz başında kahvaltı resmî var gidiyorum yasak diyorlar. Bakım istiyorum patrona şikayet etmezsem bakım yapmıyorlar. Çok kaba bir işletme çalışanların kendi aralarındaki kavga sesleri odadan duyuluyor. Kafa dinlemeye mi geldin dingonun ahırına mı belli değil. Berbat.Hayatımın en kötü otel seçimiydi. İlgi ödemeyi yapana kadar. Otel yönetimi ve müşteri memnuniyetine tamamiyle ticari bakılan bir işletme. Giriş saatinden tam bir buçuk saat sonra gitmemize rağmen bir saat kadar bekletildik ve üzerine ayırttığımız odanın şofben arızası olduğundan dolayı başka odaya alındık ve oda deluxe ve geniş denildi ama küçücüktü. Doğum günü organizasyonu yaparız ama ekstraya girer dediler ödedik ama organizasyondan eser yoktu. Meyve tabağı diye iki dilim karpuz ve bir şişe şampanyaymış organizasyon dedikleri onu da ayarladığımız saatten bir saat sonra zorla yaptırdık sürpriz falan kalmadı haliyle ortada. Kahvaltılarını egenin en donanımlı kahvaltısı diye telefonda övdüler ama o da hayal kırıklığıydı.Bunca memnuniyetsizliğimizi kaç kere dile getirmemize rağmen mahcubiyetlerini görmek istedik ama gram telafi göremedik.Herkes otel işletmeciliği yapmadan eğitim almalı kesinlikle yoksa birçok müşteriyi hayal kırıklığı dolu bir tatille kaçırırlar.

Our stay at this Boutique hotel was not up to the expectations created by the nice photos. I have stayed there with my girlfriend. Even though I have booked a queen size bed, the room given to us was two single beds. When we asked to change the room, they said all the other rooms are taken and they could replace the beds with a queen size bed. Later we found out they only put the two single beds together.
Another factor not stated in the add is parking. The hotel does not have a parking lot. It is just a street parking. this is not a huge issue since there was no problem parking on the street. But the hotel should have advertised as free street parking not just free parking.
Breakfast looked good, location is close to the bars/restaurants but not close to the beach.
Overall the bed situation made this experience sour. I would probably not going to stay there again.

Jag och min man bodde en vecka på Elda boutique hotell. Underbart och mysigt litet hotell med supertrevlig och serviceinriktad och personal. Varmaste rekommendationerna! 🤗

Öncelikle otelin fiyat performansı ***et iyiydi. Biz 1 gece konaklama gerçekleştireceğimiz için bu durumu önemsemiştik. Alaçatı içine bir 8-9 dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi. Fakat otele giriş yaptığımız gün otelde tadilat vardı. Giriş katında ve havuz kısmında işçiler vardı. Otel girişlerimizi sağlarken bize bunun hakkında herhangi bir bilgi vermediği gibi 'kusura bakmayın' gibi bir özür cümlesi de kullanmadılar. Odalara çıktığımız zaman ustalar havuz kenarında yemek yiyor ve üstlerini değiştiriyorlardı. Daha kuvvetli bir iletişimle otel müşterisine önceden tadilat olduğunu kesinlikle söylemeliydi. Bir daha bu otele gelmeyeceğiz.

Odamızda telefon da çekmiyordu wifi da. Çift kişilik yatak istemiştik iki tane tek yatak vardı odamızda. Temizlik banyo açısından sorun yok. Uzun süre konaklamada tercih etmem fakat günlük kalınabilir.
