Location was good near all freeways was close to our event that we was attending!! Room was clean but needs more updating also couldn’t check into my room At 3:00 due to rooms weren’t ready and when traveling a long way all you want to do is check in to your room and relax!!

The room is okay, but the quality of the front desk is quite excessive. I was given room 612, but I couldn't open the door and no one came to help. I was asked to go back and forth three times to do a quality inspection of their door? Finally changed rooms. There is also a parking fee of $10, which is unbelievable to charge parking fees here in Pleasantan. .

The lobby is being renovated, which may be because it is cheaper. There is no elevator on the second floor, but the interior space of the room and the bathroom bed are good. Very close to Ole.

Staff and service were great. Staff attended promptly our need. However the washroom bathtub was rusty; water don't drain when taking shower. Toilet was not flush (not enough pressure)

Everything was average, but fine. The hotel was under construction which would have been good information to deliver to the customer in advance of decision-making on the booking, given the on-site restaurant and bar was not in operation. Upon check-in, I was assured the construction would not interfere with my stay, however, the property has six buildings and I was assigned to a room next to the building entry/exit/stairwell facing the parking lot of construction storage and equipment along the main arterial Hopyard instead of being placed (perhaps?) facing the inner courtyard garden and pool. This is not my first stay here, so I'm disappointed given the choice to intentionally stay here. Will not book again.
