Nice five star hotel in Lisbon with great coast view and the huge red bridge. The hotel is clean and the staff is well trained. Love this hotel so much.

New hotel but no attraction around

This is the second time I stayed here. Everything went well. The kitchen was used a lot during this trip. I made brunch for five days.

The front desk service is very poor. Don't stay in this hotel in the future. Ctrip also has no after-sales service.

The rooms are very good, spacious and modern, as well as the hotel facilities. The location is not the best if you want to go sightseeing in the center of Lisbon, there are good connections. I expected something more from breakfast due to the type of hotel.

First of all, the location of this hotel is very bad. It is very close to the slums, and the surrounding sea view is very average. First, there are serious problems with the front desk clerk of this hotel. He maliciously stole my credit card and maxed out my credit limit. Ctrip helped me claim 30% of the house compensation. Second, there are serious safety hazards in room 101. There is no telephone facility in the bathroom to contact the hotel front desk. I was trapped in it for half an hour. There is very serious noise pollution in 101. There is no view outside the room 228A. It is all rotten lawn. Third, the sanitation of the guest room is very bad, very disgusting, and not cleaned properly. Fourth, the hotel swimming pool needs to pay to enter. After I paid, I didn’t have a swimming cap. I said I bought a swimming cap but my wallet was in the room. I said I would pay it after I checked out. He said I didn’t pay the deposit. It is completely discriminating against the consumption level of Chinese guests, for fear that I would run away because of five euros. Fifth, everyone must pay attention to a waiter at the front desk who stole the credit card! ! The deposit on the card machine was clearly 300 euros, but after I swiped it, a 700 euro deduction popped up immediately. So far, I still haven’t received the deposit after checking out.

The hotel room is large and the facilities are quite new. There was a small incident with the dry cleaning service, but fortunately the manager quickly solved it and provided a lot of compensation. If you live here, it is recommended to travel by car, otherwise it is a bit far from the city. I will choose to stay here next time I come to Lisbon.

The bathroom ventilation system is poor, the restaurant meal fee was calculated incorrectly, and the front desk overcharged the pre-authorized credit card. No one arranged to clean the room after being out for a whole day.

The location of the hotel is a bit remote, not close to the shopping area, and there are no shops nearby. The room is of ideal size, facing the sea and has a pleasant view. The restaurant decoration is modern and comfortable.
