Shanghai Bund Riverside Treasury Hotel

The hotel location is strategic. Walking distance to metro station, ferry and shopping mall (Raffles City). Hotel staff (可可，纷纷) are friendly and warm hospitality.

The hotel had bed bugs. After our stay, we experienced numerous bites on our legs and bodies, leaving us extremely itchy and uncomfortable. Please ensure that the hotel is thoroughly cleaned before accommodating future guests.

First time in shanghai and this hotel is located right by the metro which is great. My room didn’t come with windows so if that’s an issue for you, book the other room tier. I’m alright with mine as it’s still spacious for my luggage. Overall deco of the hotel is very modern and similar to EDITION brand. Service was friendly and they help to keep my luggage while I went out. They use an AI called xiaodu which can control music, tv, lights etc. pretty decent just that voice control has to be in Mandarin

A small new hotel, no frills, yet very chic interior design. Just 3 levels but with many rooms as each level is almost like a maze of rooms with a zen vibe. The room is basic (in fact mine didn't even come with a window being a room in the middle of the middle section) and a little small but comfortable for 1, with all basic amenities provided, separate Standing Shower and Toilet. It's also a smart room concept where they have Xiao Du control basic features in the room (telling time, switching on TV, lights, aircon, playing music). The bed is firm and so were the pillows. They have options of a fluffy soft pillow or the foam type with more shape and support. The front desk staff are also helpful and polite, full of smiles. The hotel offers a self service laundry room on Level 2. The location is also superb, just opposite Raffles City Mall where there are many food options (both local and international) and shopping there. The Tilanqiao metro station (Line 12) is a short 3 mins walk away. They also gave us a small thank-you goodie bag at check out. The only negative point is the fact that they do not have a sheltered pick up / drop off point on road level connected to the hotel. So when we call for rides via Didi, it's some point along the roads just outside which is a problem when it rains. Having said so, overall, I found the hotel value for money and certainly return the next time I come to Shanghai again.

Good location- easy to get to the bund Smooth checkin- it only takes few minutes to do the check-in and the staff is really efficient and helpful. Nice room- the hotel is pretty new and the room is pretty and clean. Love the bathtub in the room. Tho more towels are needed to dry the floor coz the bathtub is in the living room next to the window. Also, delivery is easier get to the room by the robot cart. Definitely worth the money and will stay again.

Simple hotel, nothing special or fancy., just basic. Breakfast also very basic and very rude staff at the breakfast. The only highlight is the Raffles City mall on the opposite side and the SH greenway at the backside of the hotel

The hotel was really modern, the rooms were clean and spacious . The location is great too with Raffles City and other malls in the vicinity. The receptionists 安安 and 可可 even gave us each a goodie bag upon check out! Definitely recommended :D

Very good hotel , room very clean and so bigger and easy to travel in Shanghai , receptionist Yueyue and mimi so kindly and service mind. Hotel near merto lilanqiao station. It’s very good hotel to stay in shanghai when you have plan to travel. Love it , good place 非常好的酒店！
