Very Good Breakfast

The girl at the reception was horrible, unpleasant and on top of that she wanted to charge me more than what they had told me in the message. Luckily I had everything saved by email. Another colleague had an expired license and they did not want to register her. I reluctantly let her sleep but without searching her. When I told him that he was being a little unpleasant, he still replied that he could be much more so. We are totally incompetent. Because of him we don't come back again, and we need 7 double rooms once a month. Well, it's their loss.

로비에 여직원분 정말정말정말 친절하세요! 로비 무료자판기 따뜻한 우유도 맛있어요ㅋㅋ 호텔 위치도 멀어보이지만 지하철타고 센트럴까지 금방이고, 이 가격에 이만한 시설에 묵을 수 있다는게 정말 큰 베네핏같아요. 숙소 근처에 큰 대형마트도 있어서 간식거리 사먹기도 좋아요 추천! 아근데 세탁한 수건에서도 약간 소스?냄새가 나요 깨끗하긴 한데

很安靜，也很整潔

I found this hotel on a booking platform and chose it because it was near the area where I had to conduct business. I was pleasantly surprised when upon arrival the staff was most kind and the room was impeccable, super clean and well organized. The room had a safe and a mini fridge, as well as a LED TV with the possibility to see movies from the most famous Internet platforms. The bathroom was perfectly clean, with hairdryer and a double Shower head ( handheld and Waterfall) . Service staff did a great job on tidying up the room daily and making sure everything was clean. The staff at the reception was very amicable and courteous, as well as very helpful when I needed information. Breakfast was good, a little bit of everything for everyone, Cereals, croissants, toast, jam, butter ham and cheese, as well as juices yogurt and warm beverages where at the buffet. The location is a bit out of the way from the center of Madrid, but metro station is really 4 minutes away and will take you anywhere. However if you like adventure sports, the hotel is just 3 metro stops away from the fantastic XMADRID, a mall dedicated to adventure sport where you can enjoy activities like Scuba Dive, Free Climbing, Ski, Trampoline jumping, Wave surfing, Skate boarding etc., I would greatly recommend this hotels to Business people and young travelers that do not mind moving around with the metro.

A very spartan hotel, everything you need to feel good, everything very clean, a bed with a super fantastic mattress, everything very clean, the guys at the reception very good and pleasant and very prepared, I highly recommend it

I loved the treatment of the staff, both the girl and the boy the next day. We did not lack anything, it is perfect for events or for work groups that need to rest for a couple of days. The cleanliness is perfect, everything is disinfected and there are no "bugs", like in some 5-star hotels;). At the reception, you have a breakfast buffet, they have everything, it's great for the price you pay. You also have water, coffee or infusions 24 hours a day, all at the Nestlé brand reception, the coffees are very good. The bed is huge, very comfortable, and high. On each side of the bed there are lamps that are perfect for reading. The TV is super, all the channels and perfect. Our window is quite high and not very big, perfect for children, because they can't reach it. They have air conditioning that works perfectly. The shower is flush, they have two shower heads, one huge fixed and the other small so you can use it as you like. The shower is glassed and has a small door, so the water does not escape. Perfect dryer, soap and gel with dispenser. The only thing I didn't like was the location, although it is a quiet place, too much, it doesn't match how good it is. It is located in an, as I would say, industrial estate, that is, there are warehouses, car houses... in that style. The truth is that then you go out for a walk and you arrive in Alcorcón in no time, in 15 minutes, you don't even need to rent a car, so if you don't mind walking, you can do it there. and you don't get tired because it's flat. Of course, there are some parks nearby, great. But don't expect to come down from the hotel and have something to eat, because there is nothing.

We went one night, knowing that it was on the outskirts of Madrid, but we wanted to leave the car in a comfortable place. It has parking at the hotel itself for approximately €6/night but it also has parking at the door without having to pay. It is a 5-minute walk from the Puerta del Sur metro station (line 10 Metrosur), which takes you to the center in 40 minutes. The hotel is very clean and renovated. The room has a sizeable bed, and smartTV. The bathroom is pretty good too. It has 24-hour free coffee and tea at reception, a nice touch. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly, they gave us recommendations and helped us with everything. The night for two, 55 euros. Totally recommended, we will return without a doubt.

Todo en muy buen estado. El personal de recepción muy amable y majos todos. Me han atendido súper bien, cuando he tenido cualquier consulta de cualquier tipo siempre me han atendido con una sonrisa. Estaré encantada de volver.

Increíble atención del personal, siempre amigables y dispuestos a ayudar, habitaciones amplias, aseadas, modernas, cómodas. Bebidas a disposición de los huéspedes en un lounge excelente para estudiar o distraerse. Digno de un hotel de categoría.
