Very basic, cold and no homely touches. No duvets or blankets, we had to ask for blankets. No heating so we had to pay a deposit of €20 for a small heater that wasn't very effective. The cooker had a broken knob. Very disappointing. The only good thing was the beach that was close by.

Habitaciones ya con añitos, baño no es muy agradable.. No hay WiFi en las habitaciones, les pides jabón y no saben si tienen, almohadas más rígidas y tampoco tienen y las camas son muy pequeñas.Tampoco cajoneras en la habitación.. No hay TV en la habitación de la suite, solo una pequeña en el saloncito...

Las habitaciones son enormes, con un salón y un dormitorio. El desayuno era muy bueno, variedad y sabor. La atención del personal también fue muy buena. El hotel esta ubicado al lado de un pinar en primera línea de mar, el entorno es muy agradable. Repetiremos.

No limpiaron la habitación solo estirar sábanas y poner cada día un número diferente de toallas, vamos es que ni barrer a pesar de tener una tormenta y dejar todo.con arena. Lo salva las instalaciones que quitando las almohadas están bien, y el personal de desayuno y recepción, las chicas de la limpieza.... no se como no las da verguenza

Estuve en un apartamento 3000,por alrededor de 20 días, pero lamentablemente fui engañada , ya que no me devuelven los 150€ de garantía. Además, me siento estafada porque hacen ingreso y en forma inmediata,anulan el depósito. Más aún,intentas llamar para hacer el reclamo, bloquean tu número de móvil. Como tengo evidencias de lo sucedido,llegaré a instancias superiores, para poder recuperar mi dinero.Esto empaña la confianza en esta cadena de hoteles y apartamentos turísticos.

A pesar de que el personal ponía de su parte, nos encontramos con un apartamento en el que el aire acondicionado (pagado extra) consistía en un pingüino en el salón (nada en los dormitorios). No solo no hay wifi, sino que no llegan datos, por lo que si querías internet tenías que hacerlo en los incómodos sillones de recepción. Ni el menor mimo (armarios sin baldas ni cajones, sin luces de mesilla, cocina con una dotación escasísima… las toallas tb las pagas aparte). La piscina agradable. La ubicación muy muy lejos del centro, cerca del mar. Eso sí. Un cartel en recepción te avisa de que te hacen descuento la próxima vez si escribes buenas opiniones. En fin…

La ubicación lo mejor, las habitaciones poco anticuadas y las camas poco incomodas, la limpieza regular no llevan mucho control, estuvimos cuatro días y un día no pasaron hacer la limpieza de la habitación, y pedimos explicacion en recepción y nos dijeron que no sabían el motivo. En general la estancia regular, es un hotel de 3 estrellas que para mi gusto se quedaría en 2 estrellas.

Sin calefacción solo había aire frío, en la recepción nos dicen que ya han eliminado la bomba de calor y solo había 10 grados en el exterior, un frío horrible. Nos dan un radiador y unas mantas mugrientas. El radiador de baño estropeado no se podía apagar y en recepción me dicen que duerma, así toda la noche no pasa nada…. Al día siguiente lo arreglan. Desayuno deficiente, pero el 2 turno inexistente no había nada y no reponen. Ascensores con una pegatina de desfavorables. Vas a pasar unas vacaciones agradables y se convierten en un desastre. El cliente no tiene que pagar la subida de la electricidad y las pocas ganas de hacer un buen trabajo. ¡Subir precios y dar el servicio a los clientes y el cliente elige si quiere ir o no, pero desde luego así no! Siento la reseña, pero más siento gastarme el dinero y encima estar a disgusto.

Estuvimos hace seis años y como la experiencia fue buena quisimos repetir, pero esta vez la estancia fue regular. Las camas super incómodas y la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. En el apartamento no había ni un trapo para limpiar, cosa que en casi todos los sitios donde habíamos ido te dejan un pequeño kit para fregar los cuatro vasos que se utilizan y algún que otro trapo de cocina. Aquí nada de nada. Ni una pastilla de jabón. Sinceramente, no sé si volvería a repetir. Me siento un poco decepcionada.
