Just back from 5 days away. First time since covid and saved so long for this and treated ourselves for the first time to go all inclusive On arrival no hot water for shower, plumber fixed. Ran out of bread, water, butter, tonic water whilst there . Told no cocktails at all whilst there. Swimming pool not ready for whole of our stay - kept saying each day tomorrow but never happened. Evening meal food awful and for 2 of the 4 nights no all inclusive option available , told set menu and portioned up and given to you only . Photos below broccoli in white sauce to start, plain rice spoon tomato sauce and fried egg! Chicken and wedges for main . Banana bread desert for 3 days! Meant to be our treat away but was really awful and not what we paid good money for from a 4 star hotel So upset

We arrived here a couple of weeks after it’s recent takeover and we were pleasantly surprised by just how much we loved this hotel. We had a pool suite room, which was large and spacious with a great view over the pool and was cleaned everyday. We went to the pool quite a bit and more often that not we were the only people there, this added to the relaxation. We stayed bed and breakfast and this is the best hotel breakfast either of us have ever had, the coffee was perfect and there was a wide selection of hot food, pastries,juice, cereals, yogurts, fruits etc. We also ate in the restaurant on a night a couple of times and this was also really tasty, and at a really reasonable price. The hotel is a little out from Alcudia but only about a 20 minute walk, and there is a beach just over the road from the hotel and some surrounding restaurants which were great, especially recommend paying to eat at La Terrazza. The staff really made this hotel stay amazing for us and brought it up a level, nothing was too much trouble and always smiling and asking how we are and really going above and beyond. We’re already looking at booking to come back, and we can’t wait!

I am writing this on the last day of a fabulous 10 days at Seasun Far. We booked a little last minute and via secret escapes. I wasn’t expecting much due to the cost. We had a junior suite room with sea views. The room has had all we need and is huge. It has a fridge which we found really useful. My only addition would be the ability to make coffee. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided. The pool are is clean and well maintained. We had breakfast with the room rate, which was buffet style every morning and perfectly nice. The coffee ( really important) is fab. We dis eat two evening meals in the hotel. 15 euros each with a drink, buffet and dessert. Amazing value. The staff have been lovely, warm, friendly and helpful. I am glad we had a car. Aldudia would be a long walk. There are two other restaurants in walking distance. Alcanada35 is nice. La Terreza- terrible. Don’t bother. Spend 15 euros at Seasun. Thank me later.

We booked this hotel for 4 nights fairly last minute and having read the reviews thought it would be perfect spot for us. Service was really poor - hardly ever anyone on reception and when there was they couldn't have been more disinterested in helping us with anything we needed. Also very odd to have to put a deposit down to get the key to use the safe..... Really lets it down - there was only one member of staff working in the restaurant who smiled and was friendly. The pool area is fine and was never busy but it was never once being cleaned, paths brushed or covers of the cabanas cleaned (not sure they have ever had a wash to be honest) Be aware taxis can take ages to arrive and the walk into Port D'alucudia is perhaps a little too far for an evening meal - might have been helpful to have been told in advance it can take a while by reception before being 40 mins late for a dinner reservation. Would recommend the restaurant La Terraza opposite - super yummy food and lovely staff.

Great stay. Rooms are big and comfortable. Location is great. Calm, away from the busy city near a beautiful beach and across the street from a delicious restaurant (La Terraza). But still a short 10 min car ride from Alcudia town and the larger Alcudia sandy beach. Service was great and staff is really helpful. Thank you so much Sensun far for great holidays.

Just back from a 3 night stay in a Junior Suite and would definitely stay again. This hotel is perfect if you're after a relaxing and tranquil location on the island, away from the touristy Alcudia main town and port. However, at a 20 minute peaceful coastal walk or 5 minute taxi at approx 10 euros, you're not far away should you want to venture out of the hotel. However, we did spot a further two restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel, one of which we tried and was stunning (Restaurant La Terraza). Our room was lovely and clean and housekeeping visited daily. The room has all amenities apart from perhaps a tea and coffee making station facility but we didn't miss this too much. Breakfast and dinner buffets were tasty, varied and good value for money. The pool area was clean and although not huge in size, never felt over-crowded. Perhaps a pool bar and some background music would be a nice additional to echo the atmosphere in the restaurant terrace. The hotel staff were also very helpful and friendly.

4.5 would be more accurate. Stunning location with amazing views. Enjoyed a week in a junior suite to celebrate my cousins big birthday. Overlooking the pool which is never too busy, nice and handy for a dip or just lazing on the sun loungers. It’s like a sun trap. Very welcoming staff. Everyday cleaning if needed. Toiletries in bathroom and Towels. Comfy beds and good air conditioning that isn’t noisy so you can sleep fine. Would be nice to have a kettle. A mirror near a plug socket would help but not in bathroom as it becomes too hot. Very peaceful and no night life so would suit you if your just after a complete chill. Not much choice of restaurants but food served at hotel really nice so didn’t venture out for meals. Very reasonable priced Spar shop attached to hotel for all your needs. Will definitely come back.

Myself and my Son have recently stayed here and apart from the wonderful staff have not had a good experience. The staff are very helpful and very nice, friendly and professional. However, the food is awful. Very poor choice with no vegetarian options. Food choices vary from port to soup on a daily basis and only 2 options. this should have been all inclusive but no snack bar and really only a full board basis. Lovely hotel, clean and in beautiful area but no entertainment as advertised and no access to the beach for swimming or paddling, only rocks. no amenities local and will require a car or taxi to nearest area which is the port. Not advisable for holiday but for a business trip then maybe. Not as advertised. The hotel toiletries were removed from the bathroom on second day

Great value for money - welcomed by nice people at the reception and well located in a cozy area 100 meters from the beach. Decent food if you choose half board.
