I arrived at 10:30am and check in is at 3pm. I knew I arrived too early but I explained to Lisa at reception that I had a business meeting. Lisa went over and above to make sure that my room was ready and checked me in early. My work uses Holiday for all their bookings and This Holiday inn is by far the best because of their caring staff like Lisa. THANK YOU

I worked from the bar while waiting for car to be serviced. Very pleasant space. Good WiFi. Lisa served me nice tea and coffee.

Nissi was a lovely staff member who helps and supported us, I would recommend it to anyone, I enjoyed my time here. I did my Sia licence course in this venue, the staff members provided us with fantastic service and help. The Canteen staff were really good too.

Chose to stay at this hotel as it’s the closest to the wedding venue our daughter’s getting married at in August. Couldn’t have been happier, all members of staff were friendly, but a special mention must go to Nessi on reception, and Kate in the breakfast room. Both went all out to make our stay comfortable, so we’ll definitely be back in August

I booked the hotel for my brother and girlfriend as a treat for helping me recently whilst I have been ill. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!! The Manager Lisa is wonderful - she went out of her way to help me, even sourcing a small surprise for the room (lovely flowers, Easter Egg and card) and all the staff were so professional and polite! My brother said that they had a wonderful stay - the room was lovely and comfortable, clean and fresh and everyone made them feel very welcome! Thank you to all the team - we will be back! :)

Wow…. What a team!!! Kate with breakfast was amazing, super efficient and very chatty. Ellie (my future wife ha) was incredibly personable, really engaging and a pleasure to talk to, didn’t want to stop talking to her. Then the ‘boss’ niss, what a leader, from the start of the day to the end, super into you as a customer, anything that was needed was provided, even changed my room at the beginning as I wanted a walk in shower. I’d be surprised if this team ever gets a bad review. I’ll be back

I waited in this hotel reception and restaurant area for around four hours while my car was being serviced locally. During this time, I was provided with free wifi, restaurant and work facilities, and first class attention from Kate and her colleagues. I am happy to recommend the service in this hotel. Thank you!

The staff are extremely welcoming and are always available if any issues that may occur, but in my experience there is no issues. A special shout out to Nissrine,and Ellie they were most welcoming and made it feel like home, will be coming back again.

Nice hotel in a convenient location. The staff are always welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast very good and great choice on the evening menu. I enjoy going for a run or walk up the nearby canal also during my stay which is very relaxing also should you prefer a walk. It is my preferred choice of hotel whilst working in the area.
