LITTLE TOWN HOTEL

I like the decoration style of the room very much ~ clean and hygienic, with a resort style. When I checked in yesterday, the service was very enthusiastic. I sat down to check in 😝 while drinking tea and eating sweets 🍬 There was a lot of food downstairs. When I went back to the room after dinner, the fruit was already placed on the table Well, the breakfast is not bad~ There is also an airport drop-off service. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Altay Airport from the small town.

The location is good. There are restaurants nearby. It is a newly developed area. The room is very beautiful and comfortable. It has sufficient heating and the view outside the window is beautiful. The service is great. Auntie cleans and changes towels every day and delivers fruits. The breakfast is rich and nutritious. The hotel staff are very warm and considerate, and basically respond to all requests. The hotel's horse master can pick you up and drop off the ski resort at any time before 8pm every night. I especially want to praise the front desk who checked us in at around 6 a.m. on the 20th, upgraded our room type and provided breakfast; and the driver, Master Ma, took us to the local affordable market to buy specialties on the night of the Lantern Festival. He introduced us to a lot of local culture; there was also a handsome manager on duty who provided us with a lot of special little services, including delivering glutinous rice balls and coffee to us every morning. Overall, this is the warmest hotel I have ever stayed in. Not only is the location excellent, but the hotel decoration is also very beautiful. Next time I come to Altay, I will choose Xiaocheng. I also hope that Xiaocheng can maintain such excellent service.

The room was very clean, spacious and tidy, and the service was really warm and heartwarming. We arranged pick-up and drop-off from the airport and Jiangjunshan Ski Resort. Big thumbs up to Master Ma and Master Zhou, who introduced us a lot about Altay along the way like old friends.

I have to say that this is the most satisfying hotel for me when traveling during the Spring Festival! The location is excellent, very close to Jiangjunshan Ski Resort, about ten minutes' drive, and there is a parking space at the door. The reason why I say I am satisfied is because of the following points. It is a cure! 1- After returning from skiing, I was already super tired. When I entered the door, there were smiling staff who helped me with my luggage. After checking in, they also helped deliver it to the room. They also asked me how I had fun today, which was full of emotional value. 2- You don’t have to stand in line to check in. You can rest on the sofa next to the check-in desk. There are also free coffee and snacks to choose from. 3-The hotel decoration is ingenious and designed, with many small details and designs, especially the atmosphere created by the fireplace. Looking at the white snow outside the window, I feel super happy 4-There are many choices for breakfast, and the taste is commendable

The hotel is newly opened with new, modern facilities and beautiful decoration. Many young people come to stay. The bedding is clean and the aunt comes to clean it every day. The room and lobby are very warm! The service attitude is very good. First of all, Alai and Shasha at the front desk have a good service attitude and high quality. There are also lobby managers and shuttle bus drivers who are friendly and proactive in solving problems. When you sit in the lobby, you will be offered hot tea. Great breakfast. Free drinking water is available in the corridor. There is free airport transfer and ski transfer. The ski resort is available on call, which is very practical and convenient. There is a free laundry room. There are only 2 machines which are slightly insufficient during peak season.

大堂，過道，房間，陳設都很美，很乾凈，早餐也很豐富，服務挺好，非常超值。附近臨時在修路，開車的人建議從皮革廠小區門口（不要進小區門）右側的停車場入口進，昨晚花了很久，才搞清楚的開進去。

首先説服務！！！3月29號晚上的大堂經理 還有前台的小姐姐們態度超級好！！很貼心！衞生很乾凈 一次性馬桶墊 一次性毛巾 環境不錯！設施齊全 ！一樓健身房 5樓洗衣房 早飯種類比較豐富 ！

設施： 可以餐廳送餐，很好吃價格也合適（牛肉麪尊嘟很好吃！） 洗衣房可以洗衣服烘乾，適合滑雪完洗速乾衣啥的，很方便。 全屋小度智能，一次性毛巾和消耗品用品很齊全，自己帶的都用不上了。 衞生： 衞生收拾的很乾凈，個人感覺比酒店更認真。浴室衞生間分離，有智能馬桶，很舒服。 環境：整個民宿裝修很ins和復古，讓人很舒服，房間推開窗就可以看到雪山，南方小土豆表示很治癒。 服務：前台小姐姐服務生小哥哥還有司機大哥都很熱情！有種家的感覺。前台可以喝到免費的咖啡，咖啡星人狂喜。還有送的水果，很好吃！ 雪場接送:我們都是下樓吃早飯（很豐盛哈哈哈）然後就和前台姐姐説去雪場就可以上車去美美滑雪，衹需要6分鐘差不多，下午滑雪完打電話前台，就可以來接人，真的很方便。司機小哥和大家都很熱情，會給我們介紹阿勒泰的風土人情。 接送機:和前台預約好時間就可以安排接送機，很方便，還會給我們預估什麼時候走比較合適！ 這次趕着雪季末來滑雪，住過其他酒店，都不如小城舒服和温馨。我們下個雪季再見！
