I don't know where to start, a hotel of unimaginable failure, in all my life I have never seen a hotel so roomy! Starting with the reception or the rooms, a shame! Arrival at 1 p.m. a room at 3 p.m. so that nothing works and having a new room at 10 p.m. with a one year old child in a heatwave with no air conditioning or fridge to cool baby! We regret that a hotel of this size is not organized. The bedrooms are a huge disaster. Since our arrival, we have not seen any cleaning ladies?? Dirty room, unpleasant odor in the rooms, water leakage after showering...towels not available even after requesting several times...and other disasters. We really regret the condition of this hotel...I do not recommend it at all.

TO RUN AWAY!!!!!!! After changing rooms several times, some are worse than others. We have been asking for towels since 3 p.m. We are told "go eat when you come back and you will have everything in your room" at 1:23 a.m. still nothing and when we complain we are told "you just have to leave if you don't like it". CATASTROPHIC!!!!!! As for cleanliness, I don't dare talk about the cigarette traces, the ashes in the drawer and the showers that don't even close, not to mention the crushed cockroaches in the hallway. We promise you beautiful rooms but it’s actually hell. Friendly staff but just makes you wait until you give up. Unacceptable!
