Check-in was easy and quick. The woman who took care of us was friendly and gave us some great info on where to find dinner. The room was clean, modern, quiet. The blackout shade was perfect at keeping the room dark. Our beds were comfortable and the room temperature was perfect. The room has USB and traditional outlets and all of them worked. Our room was also equipped with a mini fridge, and coffee maker. The lobby had coffee, hot water and fruit all night.

When we got there the power was out.
We waited a bit and the outage was fixed.
They still couldn’t give us a safety key because the computers were slow coming back.
Macy the young lady who was at the front desk deserves a bonus for handling a very confusing situation. Within 1/2 hour we had our room, extra towels and a pleasant stay.
All of this because Macy took control of the situation and handled it like a pro.
We will stay there again.

Your front end members were super sweet and always there to help you or just to talk if needed. The only thing that needed a little work was radiator kept changing temperature.

I was in the allentown area for the weekend and found this hotel to be in a convenient location. Staff that helped me check in were lovely and my checkout process was easy. I loved the included breakfast though i wish they had more options. The room was comfortable and the price was overall decent.

My stay with fine at Holiday Inn express. Our room was comfortable. The only problem was, the shower pressure was very low and there was no hot water. Only lukewarm water, even after some time. That was really not pleasant. But the service was great besides that problem.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The service was top notch and breakfast was excellent. My only complaint is that the walls are on the thin side, so sometimes you can hear the neighbors.

I just have a few suggestions. we would have liked it if our room refrigerator had 4 free bottles of water and possibly a few snacks. Was starved when finally got to hotel.
Staff allowed us an early check in, which was great!
Both front desk employees were excellent people. Very kind and very polite. Were very helpful
