We are vegatarian and they had worst offering for us. Least options at breakfast and things getting mixed up, staff adamentally non cooperative for our vegetarian need. Please do not stay if you are vegetarian. Overall staff is not supportive.

I stayed in a very cold room. The air conditioner had problems. They gave me an electric heater, but the temperature was still very low. I just made do with it.

The room price is high, but the hotel room facilities are average, especially the bathroom; the breakfast is rich, but the restaurant is small and narrow.

The hotel is in a great location, next to Abai Square and opposite a shopping mall. The swimming pool is not in use, so I don't know the specific situation. The breakfast is rich and it is a good place for business travel.
