Located in a historical building in the old town of Altafulla, Hotel Gran Claustre is a peaceful stay in this busy tourist location.
Plenty of historical sights to enjoy around it.
Rooms are clean, even though could do with a new hand of painting and more attention to details: like the shower which made a mess every time because it is not fully closed, so some water makes it out and floods the bathroom floor.
There is parking space for cars, right in front of the hotel but they charge 6€ per day even for hotel guests, however drive a few minutes further up and there is plenty of free spots.
Swimming pool is nice, boutique style, not big but well taken care of and picturesque.

Servicio genial! El SPA muy bien y el restaurante también! Hemos probado el menú gourmet y súper, tanto el servicio del restaurante como la comida en si!

Trato correcto. Buena ubicacion. Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas se deberia reforzar la limpieza de habitaciones asi como reparar defectos en lavabo y habitaxion.

Pues las instalaciones son buenas, pero tuvimos problemas con las habitaciones. Al final nos dieron una que olía muy mal a la entrada y nos vimos obligados a estar lo mínimo posible en la habitación. Después el restaurante no me gustó nada, para ser de la guía Michelín, apropósito, nos sentó mal la cena ... Después dejaba muy mala imagen, cocineros sentados encima de la mesa, dónde se elaboraban los platos... También tengo que decir que tienen una muy buena carta de vinos...
