近くに居酒屋がたくさんあるので、チェックインしてから飲みに出歩けました！部屋は喫煙部屋でしたが、全然気になることなく、気持ちよく寝れました！アメニティーがロビーにあるのですが、豊富に揃っていたのも良かったです！朝食は割と期待より美味しかったので満足です！

This hotel was wonderful! Located right across from the train station. Rooms were small but clean. They had a wonderful hot Japanese breakfast. They also had a washer and dryer. The staff were very helpful.

Enjoyed our stay here. Had trouble finding a hotel near the Hanshin Tiger Baseball Stadium and this was as close a we could get for a reasonable price. This Hotel serves a wonderful Japanese breakfast. The room was small but definitely adequate and clean. The bathrooms are like the size of a cruise ship's but still nice. The beds were a bit too firm for us. They do have a small washer/dryer facility. The staff was great. Theres a local indoor outdoor type shopping mall close by that has neat things. Nice temple in walking distance and a small old castle too. Would probably stay here again if we were in the area.

It seems that the input information for the automatic check-in machine is checked at the counter in the back, and if you don't know how to use it or there is a mistake in filling it out, the mistake will be pointed out loudly (What is the automatic machine for? If there is, wouldn't it be a good idea to configure the system to force you to re-enter that part?) When I checked out, I was having trouble getting my room card key unless I pressed the button labeled "Check Out" on the automated machine, but after a while, the counter said in a loud voice and gestured "Check Out". Instructions to press a button. The customer service was a bit unfriendly and I didn't feel very good about it. Some hotels allow you to check out by simply posting the key in a box, but if you are using your own system, I think you need to think of a more kind way to help customers understand.

Good location. The rooms are also clean. It is very convenient as there is a downtown area near the hotel and you can walk back to the hotel even after drinking. I was very impressed with the free breakfast. The smiles on the faces of the ladies are the best.
