這個酒店非常糟糕！首先，我們在網上預訂，他們不是按房間收費，是按人頭（因為三餐全包）但是價格依然更貴，預訂結束後幾分鐘發現人數錯了（我們五個人兩個房間其實就夠了，但是兩個人兩個房間1500一晚，五個人兩個房間3750一晚），那我們就想取消。攜程給酒店打了無數的電話和郵件，酒店不回覆，攜程很好很負責任！但是酒店就是故意的，説給我們一個前台優惠價，也沒有！
到了酒店之後，告訴我們一晚上2個人1個房，1000元就好，明天會幫我們取消網上預訂，讓我們放心，開心入住。第二天變臉告訴我們酒店不能取消，必須要原價付款，價格就貴了很多，早知道我們就換一家了！甚至不付款不讓我們出門先去看動物，耽誤了我們一個小時，各種威脅，迫於無奈才給了錢！
避雷！！！各種冷眼相待！！還沒有熱水，房間沒有wifi，蚊子還多，窗簾還是斷的。
