The property offers everything a family needs on holiday. The apar**ents are spacious and well equipped, the staff friendly and very helpful. The location is close to both the sea and the main services. We were lucky enough to find it by chance and we are very happy to have spent 4 days/3 nights there :)

2 aspects of the residence: - interior: very spacious and clean accommodation. Negative point: soundproofing - exterior: private parking appreciated Negative points: swimming pool to be renovated with a liner that is peeling off, paint that is peeling. Pleasant spacious outdoor spaces with 2 large swimming pools which deserve a little modernization, aging parasols, swimming pool accessibility for young children is not practical. Woke up early in the morning around 8:30 a.m. by blower to clean the exteriors and welcome young children (Leisure center?)

To begin with, upon our arrival we were shocked at the difference between the photos and reality. The facade was very damaged with visible cracks which was not visible on the internet. Then as far as the swimming pool is concerned it is not better. The pool covering is peeling off and gives us the impression that the pool is going to collapse. For the gym it is not better between the machines and the rusty weights which does not reassure us. If this hotel was in France we could have called Philippe Etchebest for nigh**are at the hotel. In addition, people from outside the hotel arrive at 8:30 a.m. for the swimming pool and we even have the impression that they are privileged. The only advantage is the well-located location of the hotel.

An old-fashioned, even outdated, residence. Sound insulation of the walls non-existent. Single-glazed windows (which means we can hear the neighbors in the corridors, above and below) woken up at 7:45 a.m. by the gardener and his petrol mower on the first day. The second day by the neighbors who drag their chairs and open their shutters. At night there is a good flow of people coming from the bar opposite. So let's talk about the swimming pool which is blue with water lines in the photos is in reality green and opaque, a dilapidated city etc, etc, etc....

As a family, 2 adults and 3 children, we had a 2 bedroom apar**ent in July for 3 nights The +: - THE LOCATION! 30 minutes by car from La Spezia station to visit the 5 lands and 45 minutes from Pisa - very quiet, swimming pool and air conditioning very appreciated! - the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff - the apar**ent is complete and functional - games for children - free and secure parking The -: - everything is aging and needs a good refresh! The pool liner needs to be completely redone. - the rustic gym To conclude Perfect for a short stay to visit the surrounding area! The price remains too high for the standard of the aparthotel.

This residence is in fact a Pierre et Vacances partner aparthotel, and not a Pierre et Vacances residence. Located in a charming area, near the road, we were greeted quickly, no presentation of the infrastructure unlike others who benefit from it, bar closed for a week, cold swimming pool. Apar**ent with poor quality furniture, uncomfortable spring bedding, 2 gas out of 4 defective, almost nothing for cooking.....not even a frying pan or a saucepan, no microwave, an oven but no dish to put in it. Fortunately, it is clean and well placed for visiting 5 Terres, Lerici etc... Beaches close but almost all pay. After 6 days, the temperature rises.....we want to use the air conditioning.........defective.........there, the reception is responsive and offers us to change accommodation. Head for a larger and therefore more expensive apar**ent......and there, microwave, kettle etc......what a surprise!! However, the description of the apar**ents does not mention a difference in equipment depending on the number of people!!!! Basically, we realize that we were put in a more than average apar**ent even though we were staying 9 nights and that other, much better stocked and pleasant apar**ents were available. Luckily we had a view of the swimming pool! In addition, no soundproofing. We do not recommend this residence and suggest that Pierre et Vacances review their associations a little more seriously.

I used smartBox with my partner and my 2 girls. Period from 30.12 to 1.01. Strengths: strategic position near the sea and a short distance from beautiful places to visit. Friendly staff. We stayed in the winter, but the resident has a large swimming pool and outdoor area which would probably be pleasant to enjoy in the summer. Perhaps precisely because out of season the structure was not ready to welcome customers, but our Apar**ent was not very clean and we found a lot of ants in the bathroom. Coffee machine not working. Cleaning in a structure is the most important thing and unfortunately I have not found any here, so I suggest you review this aspect.

I phoned to book an apar**ent for 2 nights in February and there was availability and I sent the booking form. After a few hours I receive an e-mail that there is no more room .... I phone to ask for information and the reception lady rudely closes the phone call twice. My husband phoned and he too was closed. But where is the seriousness? They advertise 65 apar**ents and in February there is no place ??? Unreliable. Never again.
