這是我有生以來，住過百家飯店後的第一次給一星負評。
1. 沒有任何人會辦理你入住
2. 唯一的聯絡方式，就是打荷蘭+31國際電話給他們
3. 沒有辦法打國際電話？恭喜你，**吧
4. 我拼命在網路上找各種方法（當時氣溫9度淋雨），最後在Airbnb 上找到他們有「聯絡房東」功能才找到人。
5. 對方告訴我，「你要入住要來我們以下這個地址才拿的到鑰匙」哈囉！！！！？？？你們為什麼沒有在入房通知信裡面提到這個！？包括Trip.com也完全沒有告知！
6. 我到了該地址（他們另外一家飯店的位置），該櫃員被主管推出來擋炮火，不停跟我說這不是他們問題，是trip.com出包沒有告知我聯絡地址（笑死，所有訂房網站的飯店資訊跟聯絡辦法，都是飯店方填寫上傳，以為我好騙？）
7🤬最讓我生氣火大，是我要求主管處理出來說話，他的所有主管全部迴避，說什麼現在不方便，要他自己承擔。
第二天退房我要求再次打給主管，櫃員給我一樣答案，說「我完全聯絡不上任何人」
連鎖集團YAY,飯店六七家在開，這就是他們的處理方式，迴避，推卸，不補償。沒有客服，沒有email，沒有線上助手，什麼都沒有。

Super quirky stay
Easy check in at Yays Maritime hotel nearby with complimentary taxi to the crane. Spotlessly clean, fun place to stay. Bikes provided, but only a short walk to Amsterdam Central station.
