X1 night stay in Amsterdam with the location being ideal. Having requested and booked x2 rooms, only one of had a queen size bed with the other smaller room only having a 3/4 bed which as extremely inadequate.

The room was tiny, the elevator was even smaller. We had to do 4 trips to get our luggage up. The shower drain wouldn't go down so we had to turn off and on the shower so it wouldn't over flow.

Shadia at the desk was very friendly with advice and responding to requests..
small but normal for Amsterdam, no in room coffee/ kettle but had one downstairs in basement to use…

Good location. Pretty quiet street especially being in Jordaan.
Very tiny room. One towel and no floor mat so bathroom floor was wet and slippery. Could use some hooks to dry towels or hang clothes. Room was not that clean

I liked how close the hotel was to the centre, however what we didn’t like was how our room was set up. The images made it look like a decent size however, actually being in the room it was tiny. To conclude, it was very welcoming and very close to the centre
