I love the hotel ID and the small little displays they have at the lobby especially the very zen tree in the centre of the lobby. Locations is great as iff the S next to the canal easily accessible to tourists sights.

Nice classic style hotel near the central station, the room was quiet, the breakfast was good but requires reservation for breakfast time due to narrow restaurant area, I had to use 2 lifts to reach my room at 4th floor, Canal view was not visible due to high trees in front of the windows.

Located at the heart of amsterdam. Walkable sites and station. Food all around you (all type of cuisines) Superb staff.

We stayed at the Mai hotel for 4 nights and it was very comfortable and a perfect location central to everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful to us and the room was very clean and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend this hotel

Hotel is located in the heart of Amstrerdam. The hotel is designer hotel. Room is a bit too dark for me.

The hotel is good, nearby many restaurants around, train station is in few mins.

They do not accept cash. If you are a foreigner traveller and your cards do not work at the hotel (they didn't for me), you will have issues. The bed and room was comfortable. No water bottles, no small fridge. But the decor is superb in this tiny boutique hotel. The location is great.

The location is very close to the central station. The drainage of the bathroom wasn't good, and it took the hotel a couple of times to have it fixed.

Hotel is located at a corner of Amsterdam central, within walking distance of the main train station. It is also next to Chinatown and the Red Light District, yet away from all the rowdiness and party noise.

The stay was lovely. Bed was very comfortable. Location great. We could have made use of a small fridge in the room.

One night in Amsterdam. Staff were super helpful with printouts and recommending solutions to+o problems I had. The lobby had a super cool Chinese theme. You walk in past the kind of drawers set up I would expect in a traditional Chinese medicine shop in Hong Kong (where I live). Right next the train station and the price was surprisingly affordable. They have an 'honesty bar' with all kinds of snacks and beverages. A great stay!

Convenient location. Walkable distance to most of the tourist attractions such as red light district, central station...etc. Room size is reasonable, bed is comfy and clean. The only thing is the room's light a bit dim but I reckon it's the styling of its design.
