Motel 6 Anaheim, CA

This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a motel 6 with that audacity to try to claim their deposit for their mediocre rooms is 150$ then say to others its 50$ I will never ever recommend this place and am still going to corporate to file a complaint

The guy up front did not want to upgrade me to a non smoking room even tried to pay extra he got all rude due to medical reason the smell of it is very concerning I got in there and it wasn’t even clean towels had stains desk had like make up stains and everything in had cigarettes burns

For the most part, the hotel was exceptional. The bed was something else very uncomfortable. Plus nothing like flat bed pillows.

Bed was very uncomfortable, and had some sort of crumbs or dirty on it. Room smelled bad

The lobby was locked and I had to use teller’s type window in the wall and Wi-Fi did not work.

Receptionist was lovely upon arrival. Super kind. Easy check in and check out. Room was very clean. Lots of plazas to find fast food also

I am not one that usually leaves feedback. However, my stay at this property was not pleasant and I would like to inform and prevent potential guest from booking this hotel for their stqy. Rather than to get into a lengthy story, let me just get to the point. Upon arriving to the property we noticed a group of individuals skateboarding on the property looking very suspicious which left us feeling uneasy. Let me just say that if I would have been able to find another hotel available at that moment, I would have. Now on to the check in experience. The front desk employee who took several minutes to help me and was very rude when he checked me in. I had questions about my stay and he just brushed me off handed me my key and walked away from the window and left me with unanswered questions. We then get to the room and it looks pretty clean until I noticed hand prints all over the headboards of the beds. Thankfully I always travel with disinfectant wipes and a can of lysol. Needless to say don't make the same mistake I did and spend a little more on a bigger name hotel. Save your money and skip on this location.

The room was very clean, large, updated and comfortable. The office personnel called to confirm that we were arriving.
