We booked this hotel for a family trip to Disney. We got 2 rooms for 9 people. From the moment we walked in, the staff was amazing. Everything you hope they would be: accommodating, hospitable, and knowledgeable about the park and details surrounding our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were the best part. Like a cloud! We considered taking one home and just letting them charge us! :P The breakfast buffet was top notch. Every option available - including my at-home favorite, Greek yogurt _ fresh berries! Charles helped see us out and I let him know that we were thoroughly pleased with our stay, and the staff. He was happy for the feedback. My only complaint, isn't even something they can correct at this point - the bathrooms don't have fans, so bring a sound machine if you need white noise to sleep!

Great place to stay for a Disney trip with your family. There was only 2 things I didnt like the breakfast there is not that good. Housekeeping only came one time while we where there for 4 days.

Great Hotel!! Friendly service, helpful, accommodating, quick with requests. We truly loved our stay at this hotel and would book again in a heartbeat.
It was my sons birthday and Joshua gave him a bag of cookies after we checked into our room.
The continental breakfast was really good.
The convenience of the proximity to Disney was the best part for us. We were at Disney within 3-4 minutes. Can’t go wrong!

Element Hotels are by far the best hotels to stay in when it comes to updated clean rooms, comfortable beds and customer service.
They have an outstanding nutritional breakfast that meets anyone's healthy lifestyle.
Kudos to the friendly front desk, breakfast attendants and housekeeping staff. They accommodated all of my needs during my week stay.

Nothing really stood out as great. A pretty average hotel although the breakfast had a lot of options and tasted good. I highly disagree with having to pay over $20 a night to park my car in the lot. As a guest of the hotel, that should certainly be complimentary.

Room was great except the fact that i could hear every footstep from the room above and for some reason they think we need a motion light in the restroom that will come on and wake everyone up when you go to the restroom at 3 am.

We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The free breakfast bar had many options, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the proximity to Disney was perfect. Will definitely visit again.

We stayed two nights while visiting Disneyland and will definitely stay again. The property was nice, clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was super convenient with a lot of good options. The walk to Disney was really easy about 15-20 minutes. All around it was a great value.
