I was traveling with my daughter (youth). We felt very safe in this hotel. It is inside the main train station, just beside Haagen Dazs, access via a door. It is very convenient to go to Brugge and Ghent from the hotel and especially we have to take a train early morning to Strasbourg. The room for 2 was big, clean and nicely deco, we felt comfortable and it comes with a mini fridge.
The hotel is in front of the central trai station, so it's very convenient, but the surroundings of the hotel are not so good.
We didn't have breakfast at the hotel because the price was very expensive, but you have many breakfast options at the train station.
The front desk was very helpful.
The location is very good. It's close to the station. There is also a direct train to the airport. There is a supermarket nearby within a 10-minute walk. Many people say that the security is not very good, but I feel that the accommodation is not bad these days. There is a limited supply of Belgian waffles or croissants in the hotel lobby every day. , the room is clean and tidy, there is a small kitchen for cooking, all pots and pans are available, it is highly recommended

Location is not near city center, but there is some restaurants nearby.
Room is clean and comfortable.
But the toilet and the bath tub did not have separate door, a bit not convenient.
Reception staffs are really nice and helpful.
But the restaurants staffs are bad, not polite if you need to get something from them.
We are having buffet dinner over there because my parents want to eat mussels, but it only appear 1 time that night.
Not recommended the restaurant inside hotel.
A very good location in front of the station.
Only negative point is if you are in the room in front of station sonic isolation is terrible and you will hear train noise all night.
We arrived at the hotel quite late at night, so we had to ring the doorbell at the entrance. A friendly staff member promptly came to assist us and helped us with the check-in process.
Once we got to the room, we were pleasantly surprised — the room was very spacious, and the bathroom was equally large. The hot water was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable.
One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the room — we had a clear view of Brussels Central Station, which was especially charming at night.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The room, the facilities, and the service all exceeded our expectations.
Location is great. If you are travelling with Euro Star, this is the hotel you must be staying. It is just opposite to the Euro Star Station. We are travelling from Amsterdam and stop for 1 night in Brussel before heading to London. The only issue we have is the sofa bed. We book a junior suite with the sofa bed. It was all set up when we checked in. But the sofa bed was quite dusty on the side. Hope it will be all clean up for the next customers.

Flat-screen televisions with cable programming provide entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Conveniences include desks and microwaves, as well as phones with free international calls.
Frankly, I want to give this hotel full marks for its clean and nice environment, free coffee and water at the pantry island next to the reception, and friendly, cheerful and helpful receptionists, just my local friend there said the location does not seem very safe at night. Indeed it’s quite quiet at night. So have a weary eye when you walk back to the hotel.
If you are considering a hotel near the Midi Station, I will still recommend this hotel. It is just 5 mins away! No need to worry about the noise from the trains, you hear nothing inside the hotel and room!
The location is perfect specially if you’re traveling by Eurostar. Breakfast is very good but only from 7:30 to 9:30 however it’s worth it to wake up early for it.

GGuest Userstayed for 3nights. breakfast no variation.
the reception could be more helpful and friendly.
the cleaning personnel could be more meticulous, there were insufficient hand soap and bath shower on the second night.
the complimentary bottled water only available upon arrival, should provide through the stay.
the smart tv was useful to entertain my mum from crave for korean drama.
overall experience ok.
GGuest UserClose to the high-speed rail station, 50 meters walk from the door to take the bus to south chaleroi airport, the overall hotel has a long time room has a damp smell
