20號晚上到訂的是單人間 前台説好聽的給我免費升級大床房 但是那個房間就在馬路旁邊 沒隔音 真的很吵 兩天晚上我都12點才睡第二天還有考試 不單單是晚上22號凌晨五點半我被過路的車聲音和人説話聲吵醒 因為定了兩天我第二天早上去找她換房她説沒有房間 那沒有房間你們各個平台都還顯示有房是什麼意思呢？空調也是壞的早上睡醒凍的身上全是雞皮疙瘩 而且你們前台我感覺可以去唱變臉了 上一秒客客氣氣下一秒我一説換房連查都不查看都不看直接變臉説沒有房都滿了 呵我真的栓Q 真的很生氣 這是我第一次給酒店差評
