スタッフの方々の感じがよく、施設が清潔で安心して利用できました。
名古屋のイベントのために利用しましたが、最寄り駅の三河安城駅まで徒歩2〜3分とアクセスが良く，快適でした。

東横インは別の所でも利用することが多いです。普通の東横インだと思います。お湯が時間帯によって出ないことがありました。エレベータが１台しかないため、時間帯によってかなり混んでいて、動けないことがあり、これで2回予定の電車に乗れませんでした。余裕を持って出発する必要があると思います。朝食も東横イングレードで、中身はよいです。スープのカップが用意されておらず、部屋に持ち帰ることができないので不便でした。食事会場に感染対策がされておらず、周りに人が多く談笑しているテーブルで食べなければいけないので、不安を感じました。割り箸の質が低く、食べ物が食べにくいことがありました。スプーンなどを用意しておくと良いのではないでしょうか。

朝食はナゲットとナポリタンスパゲティと味噌汁が美味しかった。無料でこのレベルなら満足。
部屋のコンセントがベッドサイドになかったのが不便だった。

禁煙ルームに空きがなく喫煙ルームでしたが 匂いはあまり気にならない程度で ベッドもリネンも清潔で快適に過ごせました。コンセントが低い位置に一つしか無かったのが少し不便でした。朝ごはんも充分な品揃えで 満足でした。また機会があれば利用させていただきます。

全国支援で予約しました。陰性証明書を出すのに、インターネット接続が必要でしたがロビーで繋がらず、ロビーに置かれてあった共用パソコンでしか証明書を表示させることができなかった。プライバシーの侵害なので共用パソコンでは開けたくない。しかもとても遅いのです。やっとのことで出せたと思ったのに、ここも、割引が適用される前提で、公式ホームページの予約および、予約確認メールの金額が表示されてありました。他のホテルはそう言う設定のところはない。フロントはあくまでも、キャンセルできない、と主張したが、無視した。不正競争防止法違反だ。不法行為を見逃すわけにはいかない。
