這家我經常定，給朋友定，給客户定，他們的反饋都不錯，他家樓下有停車場，很方便，房間也很大，比較舒服，周邊方便，各種吃的也好，性價比很高。比鉑爾曼好，但是級別比不上鐵西的那個希爾頓。算三星酒店吧！

很吵真的很吵，同樓層有婚房沒有提前告知，8點多走廊就開始吵，有孩子莫名其妙開始大喊，而且風聲很大。

老住客了，每次到鞍山首選都是凱里亞德，位置方便，硬件設施完備，健身房特別贊，早餐也非常豐富，停車也方便

位置很好，周圍吃的東西很多，離鞍山站也很近，酒店在市府廣場君臨天廈11層，12層有健身房，但健身房也是對外的，如果有需求的朋友也要注意錯峯使用。房間整體沒有問題，細節把控上還需要加強，比如衞生間手台有頭髮、護理包是用過的，浴巾也衹有一條（當然也可能衹提供一條）。早餐種類很豐富，總體還是不錯的，適合出差出行需要離站前近的人。

非常差勁的體驗，入住五天，衞生問題堪憂，沒有一天換床單被套枕套，五天一天都不換不知道是為什麼，牙刷入住當天衹有一個，還有一個空盒子，今天退房牙刷還是衹有一個。
昨天下午問過了要不要續房，説著急出門晚上回來續房，續房回來之後不到五分鐘突然一個人刷着房卡直接進來問退房麼？？請問什麼操作？直接可以進房間？？
今天十二點打電話問今天續房麼？説過來打掃衞生？你家最晚14點退房，你告訴我12點一會兒退房要過來打掃？催促退房？
