"My stay at Atour Hotel Anshan Railway Station People's Park was excellent. The room was clean and elegant, making for a comfortable experience. The front desk staff were thoughtful and patient. The self-service breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the location was very convenient for getting around!"

"I previously reviewed this hotel and mentioned some issues with dining and accommodation being on the same floor. The hotel's response felt very earnest, so when I returned to Anshan, I chose Shengli again. It's an established hotel, and overall, it's still quite good. Pros: Excellent location, grand lobby, and the front desk service is great (when I checked in, the three female staff members were wonderful and well-presented. When checking out, I felt one front desk staff member had a bit too much personal jewelry, and her appearance wasn't as tidy, which is not a big deal but something to note). The robot food delivery is very convenient, and the hotel provides various small daily necessities, including disposable towels, which is a big plus! Cons: The in-room internet was broken, and the showerhead was faulty (the handheld shower sprayed wildly, and the overhead shower leaked from the ceiling when turned on). The bedding felt a bit 'scratchy' (my skin is sensitive). Breakfast is now shared with Atour, so it might get crowded during peak hours. The curtains couldn't close completely (they were too short). The issues I mentioned last time are gone, and I hope the hotel continues to improve."

"After a long journey, running at Shenhai Highway at night, I was tired and hungry. When we arrived at the hotel, we encountered a heavy rainstorm, and there were no parking spaces. Heartbroken. Thanks to the girl on duty at the front desk for letting me try my luck in the underground garage. I would like to thank this girl again for helping me upgrade the room, saying that it would make me have a more comfortable rest. The thoughtful little gift I gave you when you checked out was really heartwarming. I instantly felt that the city of Anshan was particularly nice. Finally, I would like to lament that accommodation in Anshan is really cheap."

"Located in a prime area, it offers a quiet retreat amidst the bustling city. The parking lot is large with ample spaces. The breakfast selection is extensive. All other facilities and services are excellent. The only drawback is that the shower water temperature fluctuates between hot and cold; I hope this can be improved."

"We booked this hotel for our parents and children during the winter. It's a hot spring hotel at the foot of Qianshan Mountain. My parents said the price-performance ratio was average, but the rooms had excellent underfloor heating, private hot spring pools, a children's playground, parent-child classes, and a decent variety of breakfast options that both the elderly and children could enjoy. It's close to the scenic area, and parking is free for those driving."

"## Review **Facilities:** The hotel is a completely self-contained area. After parking, you need a shuttle bus to take you to the hotel. I was very pleasantly surprised after checking in. The entire room was designed like a townhouse, very private. Before check-in, the butler sent a list of the hotel's entertainment activities. Since it was winter, there weren't many activities available. We tried a pottery class, saw deer and capybaras, and also made a detour to Qingshui Bay (at our own expense) for a body scrub. **Cleanliness:** The room was immaculately clean. Before using the private hot spring pool, you can ask the cleaning staff to re-clean it, which provides great peace of mind. Soaking in the misty hot spring and relaxing your mind and body is truly a wonderful treat. **Environment:** The hotel exclusively occupies a mountainous area with fresh and pleasant air. Whether it's an evening stroll after dinner or a leisurely walk in the garden in the early morning, it's refreshing and truly makes the trip worthwhile. **Service:** The staff were friendly, often greeting us when we met, and promptly responded to and handled any issues we had, which significantly enhanced the overall stay. **Overall:** This was an almost perfect stay. The private and peaceful environment coupled with meticulous and thoughtful service made us feel incredibly comfortable. I'm looking forward to the future treehouse room types!"

The room facilities are very new, with a luggage rack, a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and a semi-automatic toilet. The curtains are electric, which is quite smart! The complimentary bottled water is excellent, it's from Bama, and the hidden charging port on the tea tray is a great touch. The breakfast restaurant is elegant and bright, with a good variety of options, and the young lady at the restaurant was very cheerful and lovely!"

The hotel breakfast is quite plentiful with a wide variety of choices, and the taste is decent, although the noodles are a bit average and not recommended. The hotel is very clean, with no unpleasant odors, and toiletries are all provided."

"The Orange Crystal Hotel I stayed at on this trip was truly amazing! I have to give it a thumbs up on Ctrip! The moment I entered the lobby, I was struck by its simple yet stylish design, warm lighting, and inviting atmosphere – a veritable city living room. Check-in was incredibly fast, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, even offering helpful recommendations for nearby attractions. The room was simply superb. The bedding was a Sealy mattress, the same kind used in five-star hotels, and lying on it felt like being enveloped in clouds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The huge TV and Bluetooth-connected sound system made reading and listening to music incredibly relaxing. The bathroom was spotless, and the toiletries smelled wonderful. The hotel's location is also fantastic, with everything you could want for dining, entertainment, and shopping nearby, making it incredibly convenient. The gym and laundry facilities are also well-equipped. In short, an exceptional experience, and I'll definitely choose Orange Crystal again for my next trip!"
