Location is great yet the parking lot is complicated. Breakfast is okay with one staff serving everything on her own. Water supply at the hotel is okay too. We are staying at the non-smoking room but with lots of other hotel guests smoking at the corridors.

Facilities: The room facilities are acceptable because it is a newly opened hotel.
Hygiene: Very bad. When I opened the bed sheet at night, there were hairs all over it. I wanted to get some water, but the water left by the previous guest was not even poured into the kettle. I don't know how they cleaned it up after each guest. Very bad.
Environment: A hotel converted from a residential building. The elevator is rubbish. It takes a long time to go up and down the stairs. There are a lot of people. There is no lobby. The first floor is shared.

Bad review, seriously bad review! It's just an apartment building with 4/5 hotels inside. The elevator is super dirty. It's not called a hotel. Consumers are not clearly informed of this situation. If I knew in advance, I would not stay there for 100 yuan!

The service is really bad. I stayed for three consecutive days. On the third day, I wanted to delay check-out until 2 pm. The hotel landline called the front desk to agree to delay check-out until 2 pm. I went to the front desk to swipe my card and said I don’t agree. This hotel’s internal landline may be a ghost. The front desk also said something. This is a high-end hotel in Jingjiang and there is no precedent for this.

酒店位置很好找，就在萬象滙邊上，吃飯購物都非常方便，價格也比較實惠，房間很乾凈，住在八樓，窗户隔音不錯，雖然緊鄰火車站，但基本上聽不到聲音，每天都有服務員打掃衞生，寬敞、整潔、乾淨，洗澡水大，客房裡配的茶包挺不錯的，應該就衹有白玉蘭有。酒店前台服務到位，熱情周到，大堂與其它酒店共用，電梯稍慢些，總之整體感覺挺好的。
