細節衞生需要處理，辦理入住時，前台衹説電梯故障需要等下，沒有做更多介紹，8:30左右去的早餐廳，沒有人收早餐卷，早餐廳器皿擺放混亂，居然用保鮮盒來裝湯圓，給人多感覺很隨意，品種較少！！！

酒店工作人員是有禮的，但辦事效率就不太靈活，我們2個人各自訂了一個晚上，加起是2晚上，入住訂記時已經跟前枱講了，接待人員也回答說知道了，會處理好⋯
結果第二天玩回來開不了門，到前枱去處理，被告知欠房費？！我再跟前枱說一次，前枱又查一下說查不到我有訂2個晚上，要我出示訂單號碼⋯
終於明白為什麼查不到了，在這年代還用手寫訂記，而客人用的是英文名字訂，前枱用中文名字去查，怎麼可能查得到😵💫
唯一可取是方便去樱花園，雙人房景觀不錯。

開長途車路過平壩累了在這個假萬豪酒店訂個鐘點房，到前台被告知不開鐘點房，我馬上在攜程現場預訂就有房了，入住以後兩個小時就開始打電話催我離店，我説鐘點房不是三個小時嗎？兩個半小時的時候又打電話催我離店，本來就開長途車一點都沒休息好，很是惱火，體驗最差的一次住酒店，想住這家酒店的朋友需謹慎。差差差。
