I had never been to Anshun before and had no idea the lake and hotel are located right in the city. Nevertheless the rooms on the lake side are quiet and the hot springs (if included in your rate can be accessed any time between 10 am to 10 pm. Many hotels only provide a single entry). The springs are very nice and the service is excellent. They even bring you tea while you are soaking.

Really nice hotel with hotsprings that offers privacy. One swimmingpool was not filled all the way.

In a good location, under an hour to get to the famous waterfall by taxi and located right next to a scenic lake to walk around. Breakfast really mediocre with not much choice, but all staff were very kind and helpful.
