Counter staff who check me in have a very bad working attitude. He is tardy, unwilling to assist guest with pick up from railway station by providing wrong phone number of driver. Impatient and hesitant to provide information when asked. it's really unpleasant to communicate with him. I just avoid him altogether.

Not a good location. We should stay near to the Changbaishan visitor centre. 6 of us rented a private car ¥3800 for our Changbaishan tour at the visitor centre. Not much different from taking the shuttle bus.

Brothers and sisters who come to Changbai Mountain for tourism! Go stay at his house!! This is the most satisfactory hotel I have booked in recent years. There is no dead corner. The environment, hygiene, and service are all amazing!
As soon as the taxi arrived at the door, someone opened the door to greet us. After entering the door, the whole place was filled with a nice aromatherapy smell. The check-in front desk was very patient and friendly. When I entered the room, I received a call asking if I was satisfied with the room.
The breakfast was delicious and clean. I stayed with my mother every day.
