A fairly standard hotel. It's a bit of a distance from the main transport hub, so it's quiet but lacks vibrancy. There's an eatery not far behind the hotel that serves fantastic fish. The place was clean, and the breakfast selection was quite good. However, the room was small, the window view was obstructed, and the price wasn't low, leading to poor value for money. Downstairs, there are local specialty stores and a supermarket, making it convenient for basic shopping. For a proper shopping mall, you'll need to drive to the town center.

The hotel is located within a residential community, likely consisting of privately-owned units rented out and furnished as hotel apartments. The apartment itself was genuinely spacious, and the decor was very tasteful. Though listed as 90 sq.m., it felt more like 150-160 sq.m. in reality, even with one bedroom and one bathroom locked off. Our family of three booked two units and felt it was a bit wasteful given how large they were. Each unit had a 2.2-meter king-size bed, a large sofa, and a tatami area by the window, offering plenty of places to relax – a family of three would have no trouble staying comfortably. The hot spring pools were on the smaller side and quite crowded. We arrived somewhat late and only managed a brief soak. The hotel requires a 300 RMB security deposit. Check-out was very convenient; we simply left our key card and departed without waiting. If there were no extra charges, the deposit was refunded to the original payment method on the same afternoon. If this arrangement is a concern, please take note.

Service: The hotel offers a pick-up service, and the driver was both friendly and skilled, even providing precise advice on my travel schedule based on my itinerary. The lady at the front desk on the night of my check-in was also very kind; after confirming I was checking in alone, she thoughtfully upgraded me to a family room (with one large and one small bed) as my reserved twin room only had one left in a less ideal location. She also pointed out nearby restaurants. The front desk staff during check-out was equally thoughtful, proactively offering me bottled water for my journey. Facilities: The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. My only suggestion is to place disposable slippers in a more visible spot, as I couldn't find them initially. Luckily, I had brought my own. Environment: The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and provides a pick-up service. If you're a light sleeper or like to sleep in, I'd recommend avoiding rooms facing the adjacent school. On weekdays, from approximately 7:18 AM to 7:29 AM, the school broadcasts its morning bell music, which can be heard even with the windows closed.

This hotel is really good! The location is very easy to find, right in the city center, with everything around, and it is convenient for eating and shopping. The room is quite large, clean, and the bedding is quite comfortable, and I slept well. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic, smiling, and helping with luggage, which feels very friendly. The breakfast is also very rich, with both Chinese and Western food, and there are many choices. There is also a gym, so you can exercise in the morning. Overall, this hotel is very cost-effective and comfortable to stay in. I will choose here next time and recommend it to my friends!

The room was very spacious and had a pleasant, fresh smell. The pillows were too soft for my preference, but everything else was great. The hairdryer was pretty standard, but it worked fine. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The staff service was also very warm and welcoming. The slippers provided were incredibly comfortable – soft and thick. You can arrange for a pickup service from the station/airport directly with the hotel.

We booked two 'Zen Courtyard' rooms, but were expecting the pointed cabins depicted in the online photos. It turned out we were assigned loft townhouses instead. The manager explained that the cabins are actually villas. I'd suggest ensuring the online descriptions and photos are consistent. The rooms were well-equipped, featuring a washing machine, laundry detergent, and a mini-fridge – everything needed for a comfortable vacation. The courtyard was home to adorable cats, always eager for cuddles. Breakfast was incredibly generous, served as individual sets, with very fresh fruit. The manager was exceptionally friendly and enthusiastic, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions.

Upon learning that my elderly mother was traveling alone, the owner arranged a vehicle to pick her up at the station. After she settled in, they also meticulously helped her purchase transportation tickets to the scenic area. Unfortunately, heavy rain closed the mountain on the second day. The friendly owner then arranged for a refund and secured tickets for the third day. She also repeatedly reminded the elderly woman of the necessary precautions for the mountain hike and arranged for a vehicle to take her to the scenic area entrance. She was incredibly thoughtful! The room was designed like a homestay, very cozy and practical. I'll definitely visit again sometime!

The LingLong room with a double bed is small and quite cramped. The bathroom has no floor towel. Stay for two nights. The housekeeping did not even tidy or make up the bed. The hotspring usage time is shown as 1300 to 2100. On both nights, at about 2015, the staff started to ask guests to change pool because they wanted to clean the pools. A staff member even told guests blatantly that they should leave the hotspring pools and go back to the room at 2045. I found the service of the staff to be not service focused, more task oriented, and inconsiderate to guests. The location is located far from the main street, and dining options within walking distance are not available. The convenience store located at the side is almost non operating, very limited things.

This hostel staff are really nice and helpful. They are trying their best to sort out your problems, which I really appreciate especially solo travel this time. The hostel held other activities, I joined their charged 森林營地. The fee is reasonable and the quality of the tour is high. The host explained about the nature in the tour, and lunch is like a feast. The tour is suitable for all ages provided you like or wanna exploring the nature. The hosts are really concerning us, heartfelt thanks to all of them.

This is a very satisfying accommodation. It is close to Jangbaeksan Station and tourist attractions. There is a supermarket and restaurant under the hotel, so you can eat there. Although English is not spoken, the staff are friendly and try to help you. If you stay at this hotel, you can go to nearby major tourist attractions for 10-15 yuan. (Jangbaeksan Station 12, Beopa Tourist Attraction Entrance 15) It is also close to the center of Idobaekha. (8 yuan by taxi) The rooms are also spacious and clean. I would like to visit here again next time.
